I was here 3 years ago, and I am sure that everything remains at the same level now! The chic cuisine, the indescribable atmosphere of HRC, and just amazing music! I sincerely regret that I closed in St. Petersburg, but as soon as I get to Prague, I'll come here first!

On January 8, we visited this institution, we go to Hard Rock Cafes in every country. But in Prague they were very disappointed, the musicians were very mediocre, they did not light up, but stupidly worked out their time. When they finished singing, people called for an encore, and at that time they hastily turned off the equipment and ran from the stage ( Then they talked to us, when we pointed it out in the receipt, called the manager, she immediately started rattling the same sorry ap, sorry ap...I repeated it 30 times! When they managed to interrupt her and ask her to show the price of the drink on the menu, she began to yell and rattle in English so that she could not make out a single word. I think it's a proven tactic... As a result, she left with the check for a long time... After 15 minutes, I began to dress specially, the waitress immediately ran and put the corrected receipt. During the evening, I observed that every other table was waving a piece of paper and talking loudly with the staff, while everyone was holding phones in their hands...It was only at the exit that I realized that they were being treated the same way as us... Even when meeting guests, they tell you to drink and eat you need to order!!!, when we answered "ok", we still took you to the second floor to the most deserted end of the hall, where even a man could not hear, too, this has not been seen in any country! Then we moved down to the stage, it was full of empty tables, in short, everything was strange there... The management may wonder why they have a semi-empty establishment on holidays! We definitely don't recommend this place in this city!!! That was the first sad experience.
