The staff are awful. They have no idea what a pub is. And no concept of customer service. I have visited twice. Once on a Friday evening. The beer and snacks were fine. Nothing special, but ok. However, the barmen were rude and inattentive. Heavy metal music was being played loudly. This clearly catered only to the tastes of the barmen. I decided to give the place a second chance this afternoon. There was only one other customer in there. However, when I sat down at a free table, I was told it was reserved. Rather than offer me another table, he just walked away and ignored me completely until I decided to leave after 10 minutes. I feel sorry for the owner of this pub. The place is nicely refurbished, and there aren't many alternatives in the local area. But your staff are destroying your business...

Harat’s pub — сервис на уровне, но кухня подвела 🍻 Зашли сюда большой компанией без брони — и это отдельный плюс. Нас очень вежливо встретили и посадили за хороший столик. С этой стороны претензий нет. Но, к сожалению, на приятном начале всё и закончилось. Еда и напитки: Ценник средний, а качество меню оставляет желать лучшего. Ничего ужасного, но и порадоваться нечему. Обычные закуски, простые блюда — готовят без души, как будто «для галочки». Общее впечатление: Из всей нашей компании никто не смог сказать про это место ничего положительного по сути. Сервис — да, молодцы. Но мы пришли не разговаривать с официантами, а есть и пить. Итог: Не лучшее место из линейки Harat's pub. Другие точки работают интереснее. Сюда — не советую. Если хотите обычный паб без повода для разочарования, лучше поискать что-то другое. Жаль, потому что с таким отношением к гостям могло бы быть отлично.
