I think it is the best place to go for hookah in Sultanahmet. The service is top-notch, the decor is authentic and the hookahs are delightful.

We visited on June 26th. It's a good place, hookahs are light, but a la hard, those who like to smoke hard ones need to look for another place. Despite the modest cuisine, the food was good and delicious, the pasta is no different from a good restaurant, here it is 750 lira, in the rest 1500, there is no difference in taste! Beer, like in all of Turkey, is so-so... Balmani is even more less digestible. Of the cocktails, I'll mention daiquiris, with different flavors. A cozy local cafe, not very clean, as in all establishments in Turkey, but we liked it.
