I had a really smooth stay here. The best part was definitely the staff—the front desk team was so polite and welcoming. Their English is actually great, which made the whole check-in process totally stress-free for a foreign traveler like me. The room was exactly what you’d expect from a Hampton: very clean, modern, and consistent with the brand. It felt familiar and comfortable. Just a couple of small things that could be better: The shower water wasn't really getting hot enough and was a bit tricky to adjust. Also, I stayed for two nights—I had slippers in my room on the first night, but they were missing on the second. Overall, it's a solid choice in Brest. I’d definitely stay here again, just hope the hot water gets a bit more stable next time!

After the first, not the most successful stay at the hotel, I ignored him for several years. But I decided to give it another chance. This time I stayed in a superior room on the 10th floor at the very end of the corridor. Advantages of the hotel: - convenient location for those who travel by car. Nearby there are coffee shops, a shopping center, shops. There is a park within walking distance. I walked to the fortress and the center; - the staff is friendly. Upon check-in, the reception provided all the necessary information: breakfast, parking, Wi-Fi; - the room is very spacious with a huge comfortable bed, super pillows and a blanket. Also inside is an armchair, a work desk, a refrigerator, a kettle with tea and coffee, a smart speaker with Alice, a hotel trend, an ironing board with an iron, a TV, a wardrobe, a safe, and enough outlets. In the bathroom, soap, cream, shampoo, shower gel, hair balm in dispensers, dry wipes; - a good breakfast with a good choice: sliced sausage, cheeses, vegetables, steamed vegetables, omelette, cottage cheese casserole, cottage cheese itself, boiled eggs, steamed vegetables, sausages, bacon, porridges, dried fruits, nuts, fruits, desserts, pastries, waffles. It's hard to stay hungry. Disadvantages of the hotel: - the speed of response to requests. The batteries in the safe are dead. When leaving the hotel at about 9 a.m., I reported this to the reception. I returned at about 3 p.m. During this time, there was no cleaning or battery replacement. I met a cleaning employee who handles field trips. And only after talking with her, literally within a few minutes, the cleaning and repair of the safe were organized. At the same time, the service employee (another one), when I returned to get my things for a few minutes, said that the batteries had allegedly been replaced in the morning, but it was obvious that no one had entered the room. To be sure, I checked the functionality with her - the safe still required replacement batteries. The conclusion is that it's not good to lie, or if someone really changed something, you need to check your work after that.; - it's worth getting rid of mold in the shower. Overall, I spent three great days at the hotel, had a great rest in peace and quiet.

Nice modern hotel in a new area. It is located near the bridge, passing through which you find yourself on a beautiful landscaped embankment. It takes about 25 minutes to walk slowly to Sovetskaya Street. There are shops and a couple of cafes nearby. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, there is a safe, a kettle. Shower accessories are in dispensers, not in miniatures. The breakfasts are different every day, they bake waffles. Nice large parking lot with a boom gate. Water was added. For Brest, where there are not very good hotels, this is a great option.

A wonderful hotel! Registration and eviction took place as quickly as possible. The staff is polite, friendly, and all questions have been answered. All rooms are well cleaned, it is visually pleasant to be in such an interior. The room itself is very ergonomically furnished. The bed was of perfect rigidity for me personally. All necessary systems are working, there is an air conditioner. Regular room cleaning, as well as regular water replenishment. The food is delicious. Also, on the day of departure, they were allowed to pack the box for the road, because they did not have time to have breakfast. And another huge plus is the plentiful number of different shops within walking distance.

A pleasant hotel, like all the Hilton hotels. Very clean, tidy, good quality linen, which was changed daily. The rooms are small, but quite cozy! There is even an iron and ironing board, a safe, not to mention a kettle, a TV, a refrigerator. Tea, coffee (packaged), bottled water were replenished daily. Good quality shower accessories: gel, shampoo, conditioner, body cream. Comfortable mattresses, pillows - we slept well after long walks and excursions in Brest. The breakfasts are varied, according to the buffet system for every taste: porridge, omelet, cottage cheese casserole, meat sausages, sausages, steamed vegetables, fried potatoes, pastries, fruits, milk, various snacks. The staff is polite and unobtrusive. The Wi-fi works fine. Near the Sberbank hotel, there is a supermarket, a bus stop - the historical center is a 15-minute drive away. A modern hotel. Where everything is. The bed is very large, high and comfortable. Ironing board, iron. Hair dryer, kettle are all available. Very inconvenient, but modern, hot water is turned on!!! There wasn't much time to figure out when it would heat up, it's not clear. That's the only thing I don't like. The breakfasts are excellent!!!!! Greek yogurt, fruits, cottage cheese, chia and flax seeds, nuts. And all they eat is bacon. Herring, salads, offal, cheese , sausage, etc. A coffee machine and lots of goodies. If I'm going to go again, it's only there. Nearby there are two huge supermarkets, a candy store, and a lingerie store. The center is 2 km away, the bridge is crossed.

We booked a room for two nights with a double bed, for some reason the voucher came to a room with two single beds, in fact, they settled us in it. But that was probably the only unpleasant moment. In general, the hotel is modern, the furniture and design of the rooms are of a good standard, the staff is polite, attentive and responsive. The breakfasts are very good - there is a large selection of dishes, drinks and desserts. The location of the hotel relative to the main city attractions is not the most convenient, but it can not be called unsuccessful, and a taxi is inexpensive.

The hotel is in a new area, easy to access, its own closed Parking. The center is 5 minutes away by taxi (taxi is very affordable). The room is standard for the Hamptons, water, tea in the room, quiet, clean. I was surprised by the small bath towels. The restaurant is open for breakfast and all day. The breakfasts are good, the buffet, everything is there except for some frills. We had dinner on arrival, delicious, the prices are average, the waiters are trying their best. We came to visit the Fortress, we had a sincere pleasure, we needed an excursion. Plus, the taxi recommended the 5th fort, we went, we really liked it.

Very worthy. We stayed from August 5 to August 7, 2026. The standard room is "fresh", without traces of use. The impression of the hotel is formed through the bathroom, so: the shower room is without dampness, the drain works perfectly. The hair dryer is not typical, with a good cold blow. The room has an ironing board and an iron, modern and without the risk of leaving marks on clothes. Relocatable to the sleeping area: the area is comfortable for accommodation, furnished in European style. The fridge is cold, isn't it amazing? It's actually a rarity, but you can really cool your drinks here and not wait until morning. The air conditioning system is shared, there is no chance of catching a cold from the cold stream. The thermostat is convenient with a fast response. The staff responded to a request to provide a view number. The view from the window doesn't excite the imagination, but it's a plus for the response. A sweet compliment is provided for the guest's birthday. The staff was not loaded with requests, so there is no way to evaluate the work in full. All basic items comply with the service standards. One of the disadvantages: the entrance to the bathroom is through a system of French doors combined with a wardrobe. When closed, it leaves a gap of 2 cm, so privacy and sound insulation leave much to be desired. For couples in long-term trusting relationships, this will not be a problem. The hygiene kit does not include a toothbrush. This did not affect the overall assessment in our case. The breakfasts are excellent, the buffet system contains everything you need. There are many healthy food items, there are Greek yogurts, fruits and vegetables. There are hearty and colorful dishes for those who want to get carbohydrates. So far, this is the best 4-star hotel for our entire trip to the cities of Belarus. Thank you for the warm welcome!

For those who like to walk: it stands almost on the riverbank, swans swim in it, there is parking at the hotel, and the beach is nearby. Very close to the shopping center, where on the ground floor you can exchange rubles for Belarusian rubles at an automatic ATM, it is very convenient. The rooms are clean, there is enough space, a bathroom with good plumbing, everything you need and a hairdryer. The bed is comfortable, the pillows are not very good. There is a kettle, tea/coffee maker, and a mini fridge in the room. There is a carpet on the floor. Good Wi-Fi. Friendly staff at the reception, there is a guide service, but it is better to book excursions in advance during the peak tourist season. Breakfast includes eggs/omelette, sausages, bacon, cheese/ham, cheesecakes, salad, pastries, muesli, yoghurts, fresh vegetables, fruits, tea/coffee/milk. Porridge was over by 9.15 a.m. on our 2 days, and the amateurs had to come early.

The location of the hotel is 20-25 minutes on foot from the center with the sights or 5-10 minutes by taxi (5 Belarusian rubles). There are 2 hypermarkets nearby, one of which is open around the clock. If this is important, then alcohol is sold around the clock in Belarus, there is no time limit.

We got a small room, nice spacious beds, and everything we need except a dental kit. In the shower, the temperature control knobs are not very familiar, I had to turn them around and figure it out. It's quite good to spend the night this time. There is a good selection of dishes at breakfast, everyone has found something to their liking. Among the disadvantages: the strange design and filling of the bathroom - paper in the holder on the left, out of reach, a sink in the countertop and a small faucet - a stream of water goes to the far end, three bottles are screwed in the shower, and shampoo is written on two of them, and conditioner on the third. The breakfasts are very tasty, not too varied, but there is everything you need, delicious hardware coffee. We had lunch in the same restaurant a couple of times, it was very tasty, the prices were reasonable. I recommend an amazing cold brew with crumpled potatoes and cheese, herring forshmak, borscht, doaniki, and everything they have is delicious, and Belarusians love cooking, and they do it very well! The Green shopping center is right across the street. Pass the bridge over the river, and a pedestrian avenue begins - Sovetskaya Street with a lot of cafes, shops, restaurants, etc. I definitely recommend the hotel for your stay.

The standard room felt like a higher class, and in many other hotels with the same number of stars, the room and service will be worse. The location is not close to the center, but walking along the bridge over the river to all popular streets takes 15-20 minutes at a calm pace, since the air in Brest is clean.

On February 28, 2026, my wife and I visited Brest and decided in advance to stay here. This time it was the worst vacation of my life, or rather, it didn't happen. We moved into a room on the 11th floor with a terrible bed. Any movement is a creak, neither my wife nor I, unfortunately, did not get enough sleep. Yes, the rooms are the same, yes, the breakfasts are quite good, but getting up in the morning completely sleepy and with a sore head before the trip is not what you expect from a vacation in a pretty good hotel. Driving home was a challenge. In fact, the price / quality of rest is 2 stars. I don't know if all the furniture is already tired or if we're out of luck, but I recommend checking in right away and requesting another room if necessary.

McDonald's among the hotels We decided to visit the hero city of Brest on May 9th, and there were no more places left in hotels in the center. But in the greater Hamptons they are, yes, a little more expensive, but it's almost a Hilton. The first thing I didn't like was the location. On the map, it seemed that it was not so far from the center and next to a green walking area, but in fact, the feeling that the hotel was somewhere in the field, and walking towards the center across a long road bridge (we were still unlucky with the weather) turned out to be an unpleasant idea. It's windy, cold, and a little far away. Having children is definitely not an option. So, I had to use a taxi, since it's not expensive even on holidays and arrives quickly enough (Yandex go). And it's nice that local Belarusians come who love their city and are happy to talk about it! Secondly, you enter through the doors and immediately run into the bar / reception. Such a solution. Moreover, in this common "corridor" there is also a breakfast restaurant, which was constantly dank. Walking from the elevators (on the opposite side of the same corridor) through people with suitcases and opening front doors is such a pleasure. Third, we didn't like the breakfasts. Yes, the buffet, yes, everything seems to be there and even more, but everything is somehow not tasty, strangely cooked. There is no regular omelet or fried egg. Some kind of half-baked half-scrambled egg, or cold boiled eggs, or something in between a casserole and an omelet. There's a lot of fried and fatty stuff, but boiled broccoli is cold again. The child really liked the waffle iron. You can make waffles yourself, but! That's a question for people - no one thinks about anyone! To come up and take 30 minutes, making 15 pieces for your seven out of 4 people and not leaving the test to the child who is standing and waiting all this time ... this is considered normal!!! 😡 We came for breakfast at 9:00. Nobody liked the porridge either. Maybe we just got unlucky in these two days. The room is standard. Everything is simple. Everything you need is there. Everything is working. There's no question about it. It's just not convenient that there are no hangers for outerwear on the large empty wall to the right of the entrance, but to hang in a corner closet, well, that's it. Plus. There is a large enough and free parking. This is important to us. But! If you drove your car under the barrier to the backyard, then you need to return to the main entrance, bypassing the entire building! There is no exit/entrance to the parking lot from the back. Overall impression: McDonald's is a chain hotel, you will definitely get a normal level of service and a good set of all necessary qualities, but without pleasure. It's probably the worst Hamptons (Hilton) we've ever stayed in. The hotel is designed for bus groups and/or business conferences rather than a relaxed family vacation.

The most important thing is that there is an air conditioner. Yes, it takes a while to cool the room at +37, but there is air conditioning. Shade curtains, refrigerator, tea station. There is good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast is not delicious. (I've been to many hotels in this chain, it's the same everywhere). The coffee is disgusting, the omelette is like concrete, the waffles are raw dough inside, although there is a crust on top. Puff pastry products, faded.(the aircraft was disassembled at that moment). An open marriage. Stewed mushrooms, beans in tomamata- fresh. It's better the next day. It probably depends on the shift. But if you order from the menu, the food is very tasty. I recommend that you treat breakfast with condescension.

I slept great, there was no noise from the street or from the corridors, although the hotel was full. No bathrobes or slippers were found in the bathroom, but they are provided free of charge upon request, but a dental kit for money, if I'm not mistaken. Parking is large and free. The breakfasts are very good: traditional cuts, omelets, potatoes, sausages/bacon, porridge on water, vegetables, pancakes with cottage cheese and cottage cheese itself. And special thanks for the waffles that are prepared in your presence. Three coffee machines, there were no queues. It's worse with fruits - pears, straight, wooden and apples, that's all ((The waiters are very efficient, they cleared the tables with lightning speed. On the first day, we arrived at 8 a.m. and almost all the tables were occupied, we made adjustments the next day - 9:45 a.m. - no one! The room for 2 is large enough to comfortably accommodate a child in an armchair. Excellent mattresses, snow-white linen. There was one blanket for two, but it was so big that we didn't feel any discomfort. The bathroom has everything you need: hairdryer, shampoo, balm, conditioner. By the way, there was a refrigerator in the room, although I read in the reviews that it was only on request. Water, tea, coffee, and sugar were replenished every day. There were no neighbors to be heard. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which is extremely important for Russians, since the promised MTS 150 free minutes appeared only on the 5th day of their stay in Belarus. I recommend the hotel. It's not in the center, but you can walk across the bridge in 30 minutes. Public transport is also working well.

The room was clean, cleaning was carried out on time, and I would also like to note that there is an iron inside the room. Yes, maybe there are no disposable slippers, but you can ask for them at the reception if you wish, as well as a city map. You can also use the luggage storage if you have run out of time at the hotel and need to wait for transport before departure. Buffet-style breakfasts start at 6.30, and you need to decide on the time of the visit, because there are a lot of people at the same time. If I come to Brest again, I will also choose the Hamptons for my vacation.
