We visited in September 2026. The hotel is a great three. We liked everything. In short, if you need a simple hotel with a convenient location because you're not going to be in it much, then this is a great option. Location: both plus and minus. Plus, there is a "Migros" supermarket opposite, where you can buy all sorts of things, a 10–minute car ride to the bus station, a 5-minute walk to the beach (the sea is visible from the window), a 7-minute walk to the marina (it is convenient to take a taxi bot to Turunch and Icmeler), a large market with fruits and vegetables is open on Sunday, It's a 3-minute walk away. In general, everything is close and convenient. Minus the noise from the roads until late at night, but we were so tired during the day that it did not interfere with our sleep. Food: it wasn't very good for me in general, but I'm picky. Despite this, I still found something to eat at every meal. The choice is large. Cocktails at the bar are bullshit, of course. In general, you won't stay hungry. For delicacies and goodies, go to restaurants and bars. The hotel itself: everything is neat, clean, and decent inside. The hotel is being monitored, it looks good, at its own level. All the staff is very friendly and courteous, some of the administrators speak Russian. They'll tell you where and how to get there, and they'll help you with everything. We found a very good room – an attic floor with two balconies on two sides. The mattress is great, we slept great. There is a closet and a refrigerator. Toiletries were minimal, but we brought our own, bed linen and towels were always clean and fresh. Cleaning every day, change of towels every two days. There's a lot of water pressure in the shower, and it was really cool to wash. We liked the room. No massages or extras. There are no services at the hotel. There are two small pools. The territory is small, but well maintained. The hotel itself is also small. There were a lot of elderly people and a total audience of 40+. The majority are British and Germans. In short, this is a hotel, so that you can just live comfortably in it, and not have fun and take Instagram photos.

The hotel is urban, there is no private beach. We did not consider this a disadvantage, since the city beach is no more than a 5-minute walk away. But there is a market, shops, pharmacies, a promenade, and the old town within walking distance. There are two swimming pools on site, enough for all guests. There is no crowd. The food is delicious and varied. We didn't have enough porridge in the morning and soup at lunch. Although there was always one kind of soup, but it was a strange soup puree.. He didn't come in, but some of them ate with pleasure. The staff is excellent, from cleaners to receptionists. The reception is Russian-speaking, which is very convenient. The rooms are generally good for 3 stars, they have everything you need: refrigerator, air conditioning, TV. They clean every day and change towels. The overall impression is excellent.
