Good location, but a very modest hotel, cleaning is only on request, while cleaning is poor, there is very little space to hang things, there is no closet, a corner with hangers, which is extremely inconvenient on a business trip when you go in suits and shirts, something between 3 and 4.

We stayed at the H4 hotel for three days and had only good memories, especially a sooooo cool breakfast. Right in the center, everything is nearby

Good location, decent rooms and breakfasts, but the price tag is 3 times too high! Clearly overkill
