We were at this restaurant in the 22nd and this year. If you are in the Galata Tower area and want to eat somewhere, this is one of the places where you can go both during the day and in the evening. It is located right at the foot of the tower, there are places both in a small room and on the street. It looks like a decent place with more or less normal prices, there is a service + 10% to the bill. There are Russian-speaking waiters, the food is delicious, although a little greasy (this is the case in most establishments here). If you compare it with other cafes on Istiklal, it is one of the decent ones where I would return. After the visit, I had positive impressions.
