Expectations were not met. At the booking, it is not clear what kind of view from the window, although the description indicates that it is on the mountains. In fact, into the courtyard. The price for August 24th is 340 rubles number 305. For 3 beds. The phone and hairdryer were out of order in the room. It was very dark for us. But since it's a loft style, that's probably how it's meant to be. Breakfast included is extremely meager. But we had dinner (for a fee) very tasty, for the menu in the photo 188 GEL for three. The views are beautiful, and the views are probably cooler in winter.

A fabulous place in the mountains. Great location, fantastic rooms. The duplex category is a complete feeling of comfort and freedom. There were 6 people (2 adults + 4 children), each with their own beds, 3 bathrooms. A 2-storey room! The service is perfect. The restaurant is very tasty, there is a room service. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi with mountain views are a special treat. The best hotel in the mountains in Gudauri. We will definitely come back!

The salads were different, not just over-salted, but 50/50 salt in crystals with the product (return), the burnt kebab was probably frozen ready-made from the high winter season, heated in the microwave and served, and I wouldn't give that to a dog (refusal(, it costs 40 GEL there. The prices in this restaurant are like with haute cuisine. We collected all the other custom-made items and gave them to street dogs. We were shocked by how much the cost does not correspond to reality! We paid 125 thousand rubles for 2 nights. We got a small room for them, without the main lighting! Everything is the cheapest, it couldn't be easier! The soap in the bathroom was already used, and the simplest gels and shampoos were used for washing. Shabby cheap robes. Well, it's a 2-star hotel level. And two stars shouldn't cost that much. Only the lobby is beautiful and decorated. And it just looks stylish, but it's clear that everything is also made from the cheapest materials. The travel agent promised that there would be a direct exit from the hotel to the ski lifts. Yes, indeed, but it turned out that this is the lowest lift on which you will climb the fastest route of the resort. To ride on good trails with views, it takes about an hour to climb from the hotel to them. In general, the hotel is not bad, but it should cost 5 times less for its level.

On the phone before arrival, we were told that the dog cost 70 GEL, but when we arrived, it turned out to be already 70 $ (this is even more than 2 times) Where does this price list come from? Where is it written? I didn't see the queue of people waiting to get into this hotel. There are no vacationers at all. But the funny thing is, because of the desire to cash in on the dog, you just lost all the revenue from two clients: both for the spa and for the restaurant. Amazing service - or rather, a unique business with no service! And yet - there is no normal entrance or approach to the hotel - mud flows and you go down - and your suitcase is just covered in mud. You call yourself a prestigious hotel- where? In what part is this prestige? Where is the elementary entrance group? Is there ruin, dirt, and scattered building materials everywhere - is this a service in your opinion? I do not recommend this boorish and dirty establishment to anyone in every sense. I was thinking of coming here in the winter to go skiing - I can imagine what was going on there on the slopes then. If the hotels are such a mess. I didn't want to come here at all because of the word.

Disappointed with the rest🥲 Very poor management at the hotel, absolutely boorish staff, restaurant prices are 2 times more expensive, not an adequate price for drinks, mediocre spa. The first time I was so disappointed in the hotel, everything is beautiful in the pictures and the reviews don't seem to be bad, but the rooms are small, with Ikea lamps, without a hood, windows don't open, a hotel with such rooms, poorly cleaned and managed is as much as 3*. Not a convenient entrance on a slippery steep, rubbish-strewn road, spontaneous Parking. Be prepared that you will be kicked out of the spa area, show the clock that it's time for you to make comments. This is the first time I've met such a traveler with experience. Which was so not cozy and so NOT hospitable. It is not typical for Georgia. I do not recommend it!!! It's not worth the money! Of the advantages, there is not a bad lobby and a swimming pool on the street, which is in the spa, but there is disgusting staff, as in the USSR in a boarding house. Before that, KAZBEGI Rooms were heaven and earth. Great hotel. We were passing through for one night in July. The staff was polite, although there was a language barrier, they found a Russian-speaking employee and helped to sort everything out. The interior of the room matches the photo, everything is clean and new. The breakfast is good, there is a choice of dishes for every taste, there is coffee beans. A super hotel! Lovely rooms. We were told a lot that it is better to come to Gudauri in winter, but we had a great time in this hotel in the summer. Excellent breakfasts, with a variety of choices.
