There is no refrigerator, kettle or even glasses in the rooms.They clean up moderately: they may not wipe off the dust or vacuum.The broken paper holder was simply not noticed.They may throw out your products without warning.At the reception, all comments are asked to contact the manager in the morning, and before that, no questions are solved.

Nice big room. There are problems with plumbing. A good breakfast. There are good shops nearby, lidl supermarket. The metro is 5 minutes on foot.
