There's nothing to compare it with, but we like everything. There's no point in looking for another place. The staff is friendly, courteous, and always warns you in advance after how long you can pick up your pet. The dog likes it, she said so herself.

I came to the salon on a recommendation and was not mistaken. Margarita and Victor are real professionals! We did comprehensive grooming for my pets, Larry and Newton, carefully and efficiently. The dogs came out happy, without the slightest stress. Despite the age and whims (15 years old) of one of them, Victor treated him very correctly and patiently. Special thanks! Respect to the masters of their craft! I recommend it! We will visit the salon now on a regular basis!

Super masters! They are very attentive and patient. We handled our baby alarmist and growler girl just fine. Everything was done carefully and calmly, it is clear that the girls have a lot of experience and they know how to work with difficult dogs. I am extremely pleased with the result and how carefully our baby was treated. We will definitely come back 🐶

since the summer (when my beaver turned 5 months old), we have been grooming Margarita with always caring and high-quality service, it's nice to pick up your baby clean, fragrant and well-groomed , a haircut is usually every 2-2.5 months, hygiene is every 3 weeks , the very 1st time we filmed a video sequence, it was very I like the atmosphere, the respectful and attentive attitude towards my pet: I was given recommendations on home care and hygiene, I was given contacts from a good ophthalmologist (there is a problem with tear tracks) and I also like the quality of services, the coat is perfect, everything is combed, ears, teeth and eyes are cleaned , it feels like animals are loved in the groomroom!

The best grooming salon in my opinion. Despite the short distance from home to the salon, I will only take my Crumpet here! We visited different masters, all professionals with a capital letter, will tell you what problems were identified during the haircut process. How to take care of your favorite ponytail. Groomers with experience in the veterinary field are a double bonus. The girls showed peeling of the skin and were advised to consult a dermatologist. Thanks! Now only to you for the beauty and health of our ponytail.

I didn 't like it . Don't go there anymore. We were with a cat for a complex (combing hair + washing). By making an appointment in advance, I clarified all the nuances of the animal's breed. Is there a master who is ready to take us .I also specified the price in advance! Upon arrival, the price increased by 15 rubles, well, OK, we continue. .. The pomposity of the master, the tone of communication- amazed! Then you need to shave off the jokes here - I'm in denial . The animal is often in care ! Wool is not running. But the master was too lazy to study , apparently . As a result, when it was over, I already understood that this was not a place where we were welcome). And the price has increased by 50 rubles from the initial one. Don't come here anymore. Let's go back to the old master! Even if it's not convenient for us.

The French bulldog. This is not the first time we have visited this salon. Everything is simple at the highest level. Pleasant atmosphere, helpful staff, cleanliness and comfort. Highly qualified specialists, responsive and nice administrators. Special respect to Master EKATERINA. A truly high-level master. Calm, reasonable, able to find an approach to his clients. Knowledgeable in his field. Perfectly performs all procedures, from combing, washing and brushing teeth. Our bulldog does not like these procedures very much, but KATERINA has found an approach to him and now he is very happy to go to her for relaxation. Above all praise. thank you very much.

Cons starting from the contract, that if anything, your dog is to blame (everything is spelled out in one-sided order). Yes, if you don't like your dog whining, then take it away <we don't need such a client> (ps usually doesn't whine)(it took my time) and the nerves of the animal (I'll go back to my master (I was just looking for an alternative near home)

I've been to a lot of places, but...this place is exactly where people work hard, conscientiously, and cheer for their work to the last. I'm shocked that they don't take the overdrive when they do the full range (I have huskies: wash, comb, express molt, claws, paws will be edged, teeth will be cleaned, perfumed at the end), I have no words - only emotions! I adore you!

Many thanks to the administrator and master Ekaterina for her responsiveness and desire to help. My dog is extremely averse to grooming. For about a year, I was forced to cut my dog by myself with a typewriter. But I decided anyway and wrote to the administrator. And yesterday I picked up my dog after grooming. The master found an approach to my dog and did her job beyond praise! We have found our studio and our master! ❤️❤️❤️

I want to thank Master Ekaterina. Yesterday we gave our Shih Tzu puppy for comprehensive care. It was our first haircut and we just fell in love with our miracle all over again. Ekaterina gave advice on what to pay attention to, because the pet does not calmly cut its muzzle. After the procedure, our little lump behaved as usual, it was not even closed. This is very encouraging and we will definitely return there next time)

Good afternoon! Several times we took an Akita Inu girl to this grooming. The first thing to note is the very friendly and helpful staff. For the record, I write on Instagram, always (even despite the time at which I write), they respond quickly, it is very pleasant to select a suitable entry. Also, once there was a need to pick up the dog 30 minutes after the end of the procedure, which was also not a problem) When we come to pick up the girl, they always show how much wool has gone from her, tell us how to take care of her, and what problems should be paid attention to. And they also offer to pop it with a pleasant aroma, which really lasts a long time) The procedure itself is also very pleasing, in full, they take care of the hair, clean the ears, eyes, cut the claws. The dog really looks very neat after the procedure, it's noticeable) I would also like to note that the dog itself is pleased to be there, she is a sociable and curious girl, but she does not let us cut our claws and does not really like to wash at home, and after the procedure she comes out happy and satisfied and returns back without problems. In general, wonderful grooming, thanks to the people who work there!

We read a lot of positive reviews and decided to go to a full complex with washing for the cat, and washing was the most important thing for us, and combing itself is not so important (because at home I can comb it myself in 5 minutes, and wash it for a long time and wet). As a result, it turned out that there are not professionals working here who are afraid of cats, do not know how to keep them or handle animals at all, they also do not have gloves or anything at all, they said we would not wash him, we are afraid for our health, allegedly the cat "breaks out" and said this at the end of grooming after the fact! They probably don't know that this is not a toy, but a living being that will not stand at attention, and that's why they go to the pros, and they still have to look for such a kind cat, what they did to it is not clear. In the end, I was just shocked, because there are no such problems in other grooming services and I often wash it myself, as a result, wasted time and unnecessary stress for the cat, and the cost was almost full! If with washing 105p, without washing 85p. No, to call right away and I would have picked him up, no, they tortured him there and tried to scratch his greasy, dirty fur, without washing, in order to get almost the entire amount, when my consent to such grooming was not even asked and I would not have given it. I keep silent that after washing it, it needs to be scratched in the 2nd stage. As a result, I will wash it myself and comb it myself, as soon as I came home, the wool just falls off in rags, that's the quality of combing that I still don't understand. Moreover, they did not even apologize and continued to defend their rightness, tin, about discounts, etc. for this misunderstanding, I am generally silent. They also wanted me to sedate the cat, also a recommendation after the fact, what questions and recommendations were there before the hike? No. Oh yes, I also remembered, at first they said that we didn't have time to wash it (it took 40-50 minutes out of 1.5 hours)😂
