Blatant lack of professionalism and rudeness of the staff. Today, 03/31. I was confronted with the disgusting behavior of the store staff at Lenin 27 (Groshik). The store was supposed to open at 09:00, but at 09:10 the doors were still locked. There were no announcements about the re-accounting or technical reasons on the doors. All this time, a group of female employees (5 people) stood aside on the street. They saw that a queue of shoppers had gathered at the entrance, but instead of informing people, they stood, laughed and discussed those waiting. It was only when people started to get angry that they shouted at us that they weren't working today. Such a disdainful attitude towards customers and disruption of working hours is a disgrace to your network. I ask the management to conduct a check and explain to the staff that their job is a service, and not ridiculing people who bring money to the store.

Today I came across a "new guy": a young man working in the self-service checkout area, i.e. not particularly burdened with work, probably forgot / gave up on work and forgot the main strategy of his organization's work - making a profit from a larger amount of the buyer's check. During the scan, I made a mistake and called the administrator. I wish I hadn't done this: after removing the error and correcting it, I hadn't felt like such a complete fool for a long time, thanks to the biting remark of the employee. As a result, when it was necessary to purchase an 18+ product, I chose to cancel the purchase in order not to plunge into this range of "positive" emotions from communication again. I also note that the self-service area was dirty, bags were lying around and baskets were scattered, making it difficult to pass, but the "new guy" preferred to sit on a chair and look tired. to look at the hustle and bustle of the world. The name of the hero could not be found out, because the badge was turned upside down, on which there was an inscription in large font stating that the owner was "fine." She left with mixed feelings.
