What I liked most was the transparency — from the estimate to the final invoice. Every screw, every bag of plaster was accounted for. The communication was fast, polite, and clear. I would definitely hire them again.

We will apply to Gromkom company for apartment renovation .We were invited to a meeting in the office , explained everything in detail , made a Light design project , prepared a detailed estimate and schedule of work, now my apartment is under renovation, I have been to the facility three times all the time, the facility is clean , the craftsmen do their job perfectly , the most important thing is that there is always a foreman at the facility with whom I communicate all the time according to the stages of repair, when the repair is completed, I will definitely attach a photo.

Designer Ekaterina has prepared a wonderful technical project for our apartment. Thanks to this, the renovation went strictly according to plan, as if according to a map. Foreman Nikolai stuck to the schedule. No fuss, everything is calm and professional.

The renovation was completed on a turnkey basis — we arrived after cleaning and installing the furniture. Dima, the foreman, sent a report on the work process every day. Surprisingly, this is my first renovation that went through without unnecessary nerves.

We faced a difficult task — to partially replace the communications in the old foundation during the renovation. I was worried not to disturb the neighbors with repairs in my apartment. But the team did an excellent job. I am satisfied with the process and the result of the work.

Repairs in the Monolith residential complex turned out to be difficult — the partitions from the developer were very weak. The company immediately proposed a solution and took it upon itself to strengthen them. The work was carried out in stages, and each stage was accepted only after an engineer's check. You can feel it in the quality — the walls stand like a monolith.

This year I have planned and renovated my 3-room apartment. It took a decent amount of time to find a qualified and reliable repair company, but I found such a company. It's "Loud." All stages of the work, from planning to finishing, were held at a high level, but most of all I was pleased with the attentive attitude to my wishes. They made a realistic estimate for me, and we didn't even go out of budget. There were no unexpected hidden costs. I was consulted on design and materials, the project engineer was always in touch, providing the necessary information and photos of the repair process. In addition, the company has a very pleasant and lively administrator who is always ready to help.

An excellent company, hired to make repairs in the cottage, they also worked on the entire design of the house, it's nice that the staff is so experienced. The estimate was also arranged, everything was clear and understandable. We did it efficiently, as for ourselves, I didn't even have any comments. As a result, I got the perfect design and quality, I recommend it.

In May 2022, we bought an apartment in Tbilisi in the Saburtalo district in a new building, as promised, in a white frame, but the frame was not the same at all))) but that's not the point now))) we decided to do repairs on our own, that is, to look for craftsmen and do repairs in stages, as a result, we lost 2 months searching for specialists, those who "seemed to suit" us (they could read the project, did not tell us that it was impossible in Tbilisi, but we had a simple project), suddenly disappeared or agreed to meet at the facility, but they didn't come. Then the most interesting thing began, they made holes in the walls for wires, but the electricians were gone)))) and that was the last straw. We decided to contact the company, an engineer came to us, consulted us, took the project from us, sent a detailed estimate a couple of days later, at first it seemed expensive, but compared all the risks and signed a contract. As a result, the repair with the alteration of the works of the "mountain masters" on 52m2 took 3 months, photo reports, all receipts and acts were regularly sent. And we were so relaxed that we left for Batumi for the duration of the renovation. We want to say thank you very much to the guys from Gromkom for our comfortable life during the renovation))) we stopped by and are glad that everything is working, everything is high quality. We have been living for more than a year, there are no complaints, but another year of warranty warms the soul.

It's a responsible job. The apartment was received in perfect condition upon completion of the repair, no modifications were required. There are no questions about the timing, implementation, and prices for the company. I did not regret that I applied.
