Sliced shawarma is the worst idea! Why is this the worst idea?: 1. Juiciness is lost. Juices flow out onto a plate, and the meat dries in minutes. 2. There is no correct texture. The magic of shawarma is in contrast: soft pita bread + crispy vegetables + hot meat + sauce. Slicing turns everything into a dry salad with meat. 3. The "convenience factor" disappears. Shawarma is eaten with your hands without getting dirty. You have to pick at the slicing with a fork, but the sauce still flows down your chin.

I ordered shawarma here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised! A large menu — the eyes ran away, there is a lot to choose from. Very fast delivery — it arrived faster than expected. I looked at the reviews of the institution, and decided to try my luck, unfortunately, it was not on my side (or maybe it was the institution?). It was decided to take 3 shawarma, two of the largest and one small. Delivery arrived an hour after the order, the temperature of the shawarma barely reaches room temperature. We go further, for 17.5rubles (500 grams), half of the shawarma was dense, half was empty. The same shawarma is prepared at home without special equipment, in older establishments, the volume of shawarma is cheaper and feels bigger. Verdict: I do not recommend ordering at this place.

The cashiers are polite and sociable. I visited this cafe and tried the Hawaiian shawarma, the signature kebab and the signature "Grilzon" shawarma. Both shawarma were rated 10 out of 10, and the kebab was rated 9 out of 10. It turned out to be very juicy, but it fell a little short of the home level. The overall rating of the cafe is 5 stars.

I took the classic one with pork. Excellent pita bread, rolled 10 out of 10, good proportion of vegetables and meat, pleasant sauce. But the pork is kind of weird, very similar to chicken. The meat is most likely made not on a "skewer" for shawarma, but in an oven of some kind, but I can't say for sure.

The delivery time was over 60 minutes, although the restaurant is very close to my address. As a result, all the food had time to cool down, get soaked and, as a result, turned into something tasteless. In addition, the courier forgot part of the order.I had to wait an additional 20 minutes to get the missing positions. In general, this experience is extremely negative.
