I bought a black long boot from Grader before pendemi. the base left in 1 month. I took it back, pasted it and gave it back to me. A few months later, the other one opened. I told them to change it, they didn't accept. When they pasted him too, spring came. After wearing it a few times the following winter, it reopened. I had it sewn and put on at the neighborhood shoemaker, but this was my last purchase from grader.
