The best hotel in Karlovy Vary, outshining all other hotels with its splendor, bombast, sublimity and pathos. It is the name "Grandhotel Pupp", which was returned to it in 1989, and not the name "Grandhotel Moskva", to which it was renamed in 1950, that fully corresponds to its form, content, concept, neo-Baroque style, and maybe even ideology. It stands out sharply for its size and luxury facades against the background of the gingerbread houses of Karlovy Vary. The rich decor, abundance of stucco, high bright windows, wrought-iron balconies, fountain in the courtyard, pompous interiors immediately win your attention. The service, French and European cuisine of the restaurant, room cleaning – all this was at the highest level appropriate to this hotel. Even when you leave your room for an hour or two, the staff manages to do a mini-cleaning in your room and supplement supplies if necessary. And this is in addition to the basic cleaning of rooms during the day. The breakfasts are great and varied. The huge black-and-white photographs of famous personalities (mostly cinema stars who visited these walls), hung on the ground floor of the hotel, are made in an original style and reveal the images of the models from an unusual side, as well as give the interior a touch of modernity. Due to the disadvantages, I can only mention the paid minibar in the room, which is not included in the price. Surprisingly, despite the sharp reduction in tourist traffic in this town, this particular hotel was almost completely filled with tourists. Apparently, the preserved traditions, status and the highest level, which are still maintained at the Grandhotel Pupp, still attract those who can afford to stay there.

The most disgusting hotel I've ever been to! We stayed in the suite for 4 days. Immediately after departure, 10,500 CZK was withdrawn from our card for no reason. After my question "why?" they said that we had stolen a hair dryer! Although I always travel with a dyson styler and never use hair dryers in hotels! The administration doesn't want to deal with these! Piggish attitude! Ruined the mood for the whole vacation! By the way, do not expect free water in the room, and their parking is golden (although not even underground)
