The hotel completely does not correspond to its name, as well as the "restaurant" at this hotel. The room is dirty, there is a layer of dust on the headboards of the bed, and "moss" under the beds. They asked for a rag and a bucket to clean themselves, but they were not available. (((There are two tenants, one chair, how to sit at the table is not clear. The balcony door lock (which is shared with the next room) is broken and won't close. Anyone who wants to come in. There is no refrigerator in the room, the one in the lobby is dirty and there was a bucket in it that looked like a floor bucket. The steps at the entrance are not equipped for lowering and lifting suitcases. The elevator does not stop on the floor, but in between. You have to go up or down the stairs with your things to get to your floor. (( A restaurant is simply beyond words. I've never seen anything like this before on any trip. The tables are shifted, as at a wake, and covered with a transparent film. As for the buffet, look at the photos...🙈 No comment...☹ After this hotel, Akhaltsikhe is a dirty word in my vocabulary....😐

The location is excellent, close to shops and by the way with prices less than in Tbilisi, near the fortress. The staff is friendly, the rooms are large and clean, there are no slippers and bathrobes, the breakfast is modest.

The hotel is beautiful, the building of the former railway station with stairs, columns, a large reception hall, etc. Outside the windows is an old platform with a non-operating railway line, but the wires are hanging along the line, maybe a train will arrive someday). There is a cashless payment.
