I was in this hotel before my own. Located in the very center of the historical part of the city/. At arrival, pour vodka with pepper. The rooms are quiet.At night, some game squeaks-a rat Repeller. Breakfast is decent. Immediately learn Ukrainian. It is dangerous for your health to speak Russian here. if there is a lot of money,please be kind
