If I consider myself a person engaged in the education and sports sector, it is a great hotel where we have the opportunity to stay for 6-7 days in different months by coming in the form of a caravan of about 50 people for a sports competition and I feel at home. When you enter the door, the smile of all the staff greets you. Their Smile is worth everything.🙏🏼 The food is great and very clean. Jul. You eat your fingers and want to taste everything. I congratulate the Kitchen Chef,his team and the waiters.I offer my thanks. The F&b Manager knows his job well and his tracking is excellent. All the staff, especially the general manager, are very polite, helpful and friendly-faced. No matter which staff is in every conversation, there is a great team that asks for our satisfaction and asks if you have a request.even though we are crowded, our wishes are 1. There is a team that performs with life without even interrupting the minute. As for the rooms, they are very clean, spacious and hygienic.Jul. The spa part is great. There are two spa sections, female and mixed, and it is very comfortable.There is definitely a serious system and effort in the staff here. I would like to express my thanks to all of them individually. Every time I come, we have never met with a bad situation, on the contrary, we are surprised how they can be so optimistic and understanding.. our athletes and we are enjoying our stay here very much. as a teacher and coach who attaches great importance to hygiene,I say,never pay attention to other bad comments. I think they definitely want to defame the hotel. Our second home in Karamanda is the Grand Karaman hotel🙏 Thank you very much for everything 🙏🏼Service+taste+cleanliness+professionalism 10 out of 10. A place that you can choose with peace of mind.

My family and I stayed at the Grand Karaman Hotel. I would like to thank the friendly and hospitable manager Mr. Ibrahim Bey and all the hotel staff for their interest. Thanks to their interest, relevance and sincerity, I felt like I was at home. The cleanliness of the rooms, the taste of the food and the quality of the service exceeded my expectations.
