The first time we were in this hotel. Very friendly, courteous staff. We had a two-room suite. What I liked, it's very clean, it's immediately clear that the staff is responsible. Yes, old furniture, old TV. But it's very, very clean. I'll give you a four for the pillow, which is uncomfortable and small. And of course, a little more soap was possible. The location is great. Centre. The sound insulation is good. A good website with online booking would not hurt, it is convenient for both guests and staff, so as not to fill out all sorts of stubs, receipts. The smell of a grandmother's chest or a portal to the Soviet Union. The location is convenient: close to shops, cafes, train station. The staff is polite and friendly. Rooms: Furniture and renovation from the 90s, plumbing from about 00, the room is clean, cleaning is offered every day. There is also a specific musty smell in the room, ventilation did not help. The price does not match the quality, I took 80 rubles a day.

We stayed with my granddaughter in early July 2025. If you want to plunge into the present, not the stylized Soviet past, you are welcome here. Everything is old..from wooden windows to cathode ray tube TVs. The hotel has 2 advantages - the staff who keeps this crumbling property clean and the location of the hotel (city center, circus, puppet theater, 1 stop to the park, wonderful and beloved cafe "bean"). The junior suite, which faces south-east, lacks air conditioning and good blackouts. In the bathroom, the coil heats almost the entire wall, which also raises the temperature in the room. In short, if you are not pretentious, then you are here.

The staff is excellent, no questions asked. With a modern lobby, they did not expect "Soviet" rooms. The living room itself is not bad, but not every room will have a refrigerator. If the windows are not on the sunny side, then it is tolerable. If the room is on the sunny side, it will be terribly hot. There are no air conditioners, of course. There are not enough repairs in the bathroom. For example, the faucet in our room was dripping almost constantly. There was a dark spot in the corner near the sink, probably mold. The shower head is very old and small and, consequently, not very comfortable. The bathroom is combined and I did not like that there is no side for the shower to separate it from the toilet area (not necessarily a tray, at least a small side made of tiles). The closet in the hallway is very old. You could even say that he smells old. The closet was not in use, but it had several hangers. We saw that there was a kitchen on the floor, but it wasn't used either. There was a tray, an electric kettle, two mugs and teaspoons of dishes in the room. On the contrary, the beds are nice and comfortable. The mattresses are comfortable. The bedclothes were made. Summary: the hotel is suitable for several overnight stays.

My favorite hotel in Belarus. This is not the first time we have stayed there. Nostalgia for the USSR. Separate bathroom, in one of the rooms it was locked with a hook! Lovely!! Separate beds, at least in the rooms where we lived. At the same time, the cleanliness is perfect, the room is two-room! And towels with the inscription "Gomel Circus" - a fairy tale! Convenient location of the hotel. Almost all the attractions can be reached on foot.

The good thing is that you can come from another city in the evening, check into a hotel, and go to a performance in the morning. That's exactly what happened during the Christmas holidays. These days, all the tickets were sold out and the seats were occupied. We miraculously got to spend the night at this hotel, and there was certainly no time for whims. Отличное местоположение! Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности в том числе недорогие столовые. В комнате был душ, туалет, ТВ. Холодильник отсутствовал. Тихое место, можно спать с открытым окном. Минусы: Жуууутко скрипучая кровать, не выспался и спина с утра чувствовала себя не очень.
