A comfortable hotel, just like on the website. The two-room room has its own air conditioning (usually working), speakers are built into the ceiling and play throughout the room, although except for the bathroom Everything is clean and comfortable. The view from the window was beautiful, the panoramic balcony, but for some reason there was only 1 chair there.You can have breakfast in their restaurant or they can bring it to the room. You can order from 3 options of sets or assemble your own version of a full-fledged healthy breakfast. The restaurant is large, the interior is interesting, everything that was ordered was brought hot. Overall, it was delicious, but not cheap. We were at the spa. The shower was very impressive =] the pool is small, but very warm, which made me very happy. The only thing that upset me was the very cold passages and it was seriously very cold in the locker room, especially after taking a shower. In general, we had a very good time, we will keep in mind that we can come and change the atmosphere in this place.

The staff and management were customer-oriented, the room was large, clean and bright with a refrigerator, a comfortable bed and mattress, air conditioning and a large bathroom. There was no clothes dryer in the bathroom (it was removed), but the washed clothes dried without it. Breakfast was included in the price and was varied and satisfying. For 12 bel. rub. type what you have. Pork (steak) for lunch was surprised by the size. Delicious. The hotel is located in the center of the city on Lenin Square and there is a fountain below. The view is pleasant. Nearby is the administration building of Belaruskali, a city-forming enterprise (a high-rise in the colors of the national flag). The hotel belongs to this organization, so I think there is money for the development and maintenance of a high level of service. By the way, there is a good dining room on the ground floor in the rear control building. I have traveled 5,000 km and 17 cities across the republic, and I can say for sure that this is the most decent hotel in terms of price and comfort. I recommend you for a long stay.

Great location, nice, clean, functional rooms. The staff is friendly, courteous and responsible. Separately, I would like to highlight the spa area, which magically combines with the comfort of the hotel. The gym is small but very functional, you can do all kinds of exercises. I had a vacation with my wife in September 2025 in Soligorsk. I booked a standard room in the Alesya Hotel in two days. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the friendly staff. I can compare, since I rested in five-star hotels in Egypt, everything here was at the 5-star level. The standard room turned out to be larger than the standard rooms in other countries, and the functionality turned out to be more. The rooms are comfortable, the sauna and the pool are comfortable and you can relax body and soul, especially if you drink herbal tea, which works wonders after a sauna with a pool. The best Neminsky hotel I've been to in Belarus) excellent service, super rooms, delicious food in a cafe with reasonable prices. All guests have free use of the spa, swimming pool (21:00-23:00) and gym. I recommend everyone to stay in such conditions.

Great hotel. Cleanliness and order are at the highest level. The location is excellent, although it is not important for Soligorsk, but still. A beautiful modern hotel. The interior design is tastefully executed. Good plumbing, spacious rooms. For guests there is a guarded parking lot with a barrier, a fitness center and an unrealistically beautiful SPA complex with wonderful aromas and herbal tea. The staff is very responsive and executive. There is also a restaurant with excellent cuisine with a business lunch on weekdays.

A good hotel, everything is there. Wonderful staff. Very clean and a good mattress, comfortable pillows. I gave 4 stars, I couldn't give 5 stars because of the cold in the room. The batteries are cold, you need to turn on the split system for heating, and with it the air becomes very dry. Everything is very beautifully decorated for the New Year holidays.

Of the advantages: • cleanliness in the room (maintained throughout the entire stay) • availability of a large number of clean towels and basic personal hygiene products • nice view from the loggia • courteous staff • convenient transfer from the hotel to the cafe • access to the spa complex for hotel guests - session from 21:00 to 23:00 (swimming pool, sauna, hammam) Of the cons: • The air conditioner's liquid pumping system makes a terrible crackling sound • lack of information at check-in about the need to check out before 12:00, despite overnight check-in • the cinema library on TVs is fully paid • the speaker system in the room is not working • the need to drain the water to get hot (the waiting time was at different points from 5 to 25 minutes) • outdated menu of the hotel cafe for ordering to the room (it is completely inconvenient to place an order because of this) • ill-conceived service when delivering dishes to the room from the hotel cafe - you need to call and wait for someone I took the dishes (it would be nice to have a cart that could be wheeled out of the room and be free from waiting) • during the session in the spa complex, the hammam stopped working • it was not possible to book an additional one.a session at the spa complex - everything is scheduled for several days in advance, and the reservation is most likely not even for the guests (although, it would seem, they should have priority)
