It's worth coming here to feel the history. These are the ruins of an ancient city that was founded before our era. The ruins of wine cellars, a temple, and a palace have been preserved. But everything is in a very deplorable state. Even the information plates are all faded, one can only guess what the ancient city of Armazzikhe, the capital of Iberia, looked like. The ruins offer a beautiful view of Mtskheta and the confluence of the Aragvi and Kura rivers.
