We spent the night here for the second time. We were lucky with the number. The air conditioner was working well. The room was perfectly clean and all accessories were included. Even the mini fridge worked well. The view from the window was amazing. We had a giant balcony and a lounge area. We liked the breakfast. The cupcakes were especially delicious, freshly baked, and couscous with vegetables. Two coffee machines were running, but it wasn't delicious. There were few guests. Lots of empty tables. The waiters worked very well. After breakfast, you can stroll through the park, which is accessed from the back of the hotel. A super beautiful and quiet park for walking, there are also many attractions for kids. We just went to see the spa. And I was impressed. The pool is cool and big. The next time we come here, we will definitely go to the spa. Overall, I really liked the hotel.

Pros: Beautiful lobby. He meets the desk clerk and brings the bags straight to the room . A normal room with a balcony . A 50-meter warm swimming pool with almost no people and 3 warm Jacuzzis. Cons: 3-star breakfast is a small selection of products and there is only one coffee machine that needs to be queued up. The air conditioner in the room works only for heat at an outdoor temperature of plus 27. The reception advises to open the balcony door so that it is not hot. There was only one elevator in the morning, when everyone was going to breakfast, and it was impossible to wait for it. There are evacuation signs and signs indicating where the stairs should be, but everything is carefully closed. At breakfast, a crowd of dogs runs around and asks everyone for food. The staff doesn't do anything about it. The overall score is 4 only because of the pool as it is really cool. But there are 5 stars on the facade , they seem to have painted out of friendship .

One of the disadvantages was that the door to the loggia was poorly closed, the wind was blowing, but the air conditioner compensated for this. Generally. A good hotel, but the navigation of the infrastructure is not fully thought out - there is a spa (sauna, hammam - separate for men and women, massage rooms), wine tasting, but somehow you have to go everywhere and ask, there were 2-3 minutes for breakfast without forks, a coffee machine overflowing with cake, one or two employees did not we managed to serve all this - it's a small thing, but the level is clearly not 5 stars painted on the facade of the hotel)))

There is no SHOE SHOVEL in any hotel in Georgia!!! Guys, at least you, 5 stars, correct yourself, make an exception))) The breakfasts are good, unusual, straight in Georgian, but you will not stay hungry. Would you like a delicious coffee? Excellent hotel in Gori. The staff is amazing, the service is excellent. I really enjoyed the wine tasting on the day of arrival) The accommodation includes a SPA: hammam, sauna, large swimming pool and three Jacuzzis. The rooms are standard, there is everything you need: bathrobes, hairdryer, towels, etc. The breakfast is delicious. The location of the hotel is very good, there is a beautiful well-maintained park nearby.

It's a disgusting hotel. 3 stars maximum is their ceiling! There is a broken ceiling in the pool - in theory, the pool should have been closed for repairs. The service is the bottom. We arrived at the hotel earlier. But they checked in at exactly 15.00. A child's bike? Go pay. Then give me the check. Then go get it. The pool can be used strictly from the moment you are given the room key. You can't do it earlier. And they won't let you buy later, either. God forbid you lose the wooden coins - for towels- you're screwed. You sign a paper stating that you are responsible for them. Are you taking a bike? You sign all kinds of papers too. It's also a responsibility! I couldn't swim in the room. The sewer system is clogged. Water pours out of all the holes and drowns the room. Neither my husband nor I could open the sink. It was originally closed. A restaurant, also known as a bar. Everything is slow too. We ordered tea, they forgot about it. We reminded them. A mug was brought. Although we ordered a kettle. The room overlooked a restaurant with the strange name of the Circus- and there was a rattling all night, either ventilation or I don't know what. In general, it's a horror, not a hotel.

Overall, I liked everything. Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff. The free tasting is original and enjoyable. There were no questions about the number, although it's not exactly new. A good and inexpensive Circus restaurant is on site. We had lunch at another more highly rated place in the afternoon, but we came here in the evening and were pleasantly surprised. We did not visit the pool and spa, as we stayed only for one night. Ample parking and beautiful grounds, as well as views of the mountains and the fortress. I recommend it!

I liked the hotel, we stayed for one night. The room is clean, slippers, dental kit, bathrobes, comfortable bed. A tasting of local alcoholic beverages is offered from 17.00 to 18.00. There is a swimming pool and a spa area (we didn't have time to visit). The breakfast was good, but we didn't see an opportunity to order an omelet or scrambled eggs, just a ready-made scramble and boiled eggs. There is a spacious parking lot.

The interior of the hotel is normal, but after staying in the bed, someone's hair was found, as well as fleas jumping on it , without exaggeration. There is no side in the shower cabin and water spills onto the floor of the entire bathroom. I highly do not recommend this hotel, it is not worth any of its stars.
