Very polite staff, the attitude towards visitors is 5+. As soon as we checked in, they called and asked if everything was fine in your room. The man who met us speaks both Russian and English. The hotel is very clean, the bathrooms are better than in most five-star hotels in Tbilisi. The breakfasts are modest, but very tasty, despite the fact that I came for breakfast at closing time, everything was fine. The hotel itself is very beautiful, the rooms are renovated to look antique, in fact everything is fresh. The design is for a vintage connoisseur, you need to understand that the architecture is made in the Iranian style, of course it's stucco, carpets and a lot of glitter. In general, I recommend it!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel. The building is incredibly beautiful and atmospheric, with a history that is literally felt in every corner. It is cozy and intimate here: even when fully loaded, there is no feeling of a crowd, you can enjoy the silence and comfort. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, and there was always plenty to choose from. The rooms and grounds are tidy. I would like to mention the showers and bathrooms separately — they are decorated with a special taste, and the tiles are so beautiful that you can't take your eyes off every time. Every day you can visit the SPA (1 hour per room), which has a Jacuzzi, two saunas and a bucket of cold water. WI-FI is available throughout the hotel, which turned out to be very convenient — we didn't even buy a local SIM card. The staff was always friendly and attentive, quick to respond to requests and helpful. Our double room turned out to be spacious and comfortable, and the location of the hotel is very convenient — the entrance to the historical park is just a few steps away. This vacation left only the most pleasant impressions and warm memories. We would love to come back here again.

I'm very disappointed. It all started with wet bed linen, but I fell asleep at night and didn't bother anymore. Television does not work from the word at all. When you call the reception, you get a short: "I'm not undescending Russia." That's the kind of hospitality. The desire to switch to English disappears immediately.

I do not recommend visiting : 1 bad breakfasts, I had to ask for an omelet, coffee. There were empty containers for omelets, sausages and potatoes, tomatoes. There was one sausage floating. Khachapuri was made with meat flour, not tasty. And there was nothing else. 2 at 9:00 a.m., they started drilling something, very strangely. Why not let people sleep. 3 Jacuzzis in the spa did not work, and the bucket with cold water, which is turned over after the sauna, does not work either. The good news is that everything is very clean and the staff was responsive to requests. It's beautiful and the location is good. But hotels usually sleep and have breakfast, and the rest of the time they walk. And both of these needs are not satisfied.

Externally and internally, the hotel is impressive, very beautiful. Inside there is a courtyard with birch trees. The rooms are already old-tired, but clean. The breakfasts are absolutely not a 4-star hotel, very bad. There is a spa, and only your couple can stay in the spa. Or the company, by appointment. The spa is good, Jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. The hotel is located close to the park, in my opinion, entrance to the park is free until 9 (or 10).

Very rude employees who spoke neither Russian nor English. Moreover, one woman started the meeting by shouting in Georgian, without even saying hello. It is impossible to live in this hotel after such a meeting. Parking for only 2 places is always occupied. Opposite, the street is packed. The only advantage is the facade of the building, which can be viewed from the outside without renting a room.

There is an unpleasant smell in the toilet (like in the toilet, or dampness, or both((). A wonderful spa, by appointment only for an hour, but secluded for you. The breakfast is normal, I was not surprised. In fact, there is no parking at the hotel, there are 2 places in the courtyard, which are always occupied. Around the municipal, free, which is packed from 8 to 23. They offer to park the car by locking those 2 in the yard and give them the keys, or they will "call" you at night to overtake you, Expensive, with nuances, but interesting (for 1-2 nights)

+ Excellent location near the park and pump rooms. Wonderful interiors. Good service. - Not fresh water in the Jacuzzi at the SPA. The period of turning on the Jacuzzi is too short. The management in the Turkish steam room is not clear. And like everywhere else in Borjomi, the restaurant does not pour mineral water into a carafe.
