I fell in love with this studio from the very first lesson! ✨ It has an incredibly cozy and aesthetic atmosphere that immediately sets you up for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The trainers are real professionals: they are very careful, they monitor the technique and do not let the body overload. After a workout, you feel refreshed, as if you were reborn. If you are looking for a place where you can work on your body and reboot your head, this is definitely the place for you! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.

A place where I always go with great pleasure. It is very convenient that by purchasing a subscription, you can attend any classes from the schedule. I tried different directions for two weeks, but classes with coach Chris Kaunatskaya turned out to be the closest. 🫶🏻 In a couple of months, I've almost done the splits, which I'm really happy about!

Hello! I was lucky enough to meet Irina Martynova. Irina introduced me to yoga. I was lucky, I got an individual lesson! Irina carefully monitored my breathing and whether I was doing the asanas correctly, helped and guided me, and what is especially important to me, praised me. I was particularly impressed with the latest technique: relaxation technique. Irina helped me reboot and relax 100%: she took my head in her hands, pulled my legs back and straightened my shoulders, which allowed me to feel this relaxation. It's a thrill and a delight! Thank you very much, Irina, once again. Overall, I really liked the atmosphere: pleasant, calm and warm atmosphere inside.

Unfortunately, after attending the training session, Kriss Kaunatskaya had only negative impressions. The very construction of the lesson seemed boring, monotonous and, in my opinion, not effective enough. There was no sense of a well-thought-out program and high-quality work. I would like to mention the coach's work separately. Unfortunately, the coach did not pay enough attention to the technique of performing the exercises: instead of controlling, approaching, correcting her body position and helping, she spent most of her time looking at herself in the mirror and admiring herself. This is not the first time I have attended stretching classes and I understand how important it is to monitor the correct position of the legs, pelvis and body, especially when doing splits, in order to avoid injury. During the training, I was not provided with the necessary adjustments to my technique, as a result of which I pulled a muscle in my right leg after the lesson. I am currently experiencing pain when walking, which has become a very unpleasant consequence of my workout. After such an experience, the desire to return to this studio disappeared. You expect a professional approach, attentive attitude of the coach and safe, competent presentation of the material from classes in the studio. Unfortunately, I didn't get it this time.
