As a result, I still didn't understand whether they were cutting here or not, because they said they should at the information center, one of the specialists on the scales also said that she just couldn't do it, and the third refused, making an idiot of me. It was easy enough to say, "this is not part of my job responsibilities, I'm sorry, but I won't help you." give them some kind of script so that customers don't leave the store as if they've been dunked in something unpleasant!
