I haven't been to a pet store for a long time and wasn't surprised by the prices for the better. I grabbed a barbosa winter blanket for 28p, and was guided by 80, based on the prices on the World Bank and in other stores. The same goes for the feed. Also, the consultants are just a miracle, along with the food, they put a booklet indicating what we are trying. Not only did I not expect this, but I have never seen it anywhere. This is not to mention that the composition was explained to me in detail. I will definitely buy here myself, and I will advise my friends to order through an online store. Thanks to the pricing network, after buying food, pets now have enough to eat for themselves.

We ordered dog food 4 weeks before that day, as a result, we sold the whole evening from 18 to 22, the order was not delivered. The phone was not answered. As a result, after correspondence with this store, we were informed that our order was not included in the list of couriers, and it was suggested to come and pick up the order yourself or wait for the courier the next day. Considering that we arrived in Minsk for 1 day, it was not very convenient for us to wait all day for the courier. Upon arrival at the store, the staff could not find our collected order for a long time. They called us non-locals, not very respectfully, considering that we paid more than 500 Belarusian rubles for food. When asked why the order was not delivered yesterday, the manager replied that she did not work yesterday and did not care. To the General Director: to inform the staff of this institution that it is necessary to talk to customers respectfully, to enter into their position and provide service and quality, as well as not to be rude to people, wherever they come from.
