We went here in the evening for dinner and never regretted it. A great place, very tasty cuisine (my respects to the chef), salmon steak and beef medallions were very tasty, your pickled mushrooms are also top! Good service. The flowers on the table smell really cool and create a very cozy atmosphere. If you are staying overnight, then dinner at this place will be a very good addition!

Wow, great!!! Only in the attic room, take care of your head! We bumped the entire train against the ceiling. There is a TV in the room (we couldn't turn it on), the mini fridge is working well, the kettle was welcome; the blankets are warm, I slept softly and beautifully!!! When you open your eyes, you see the turret, delight! Very friendly staff, there is a microwave on the ground floor, you can perfectly warm up the witches with draniki, ask for forks)) Nearby is a sooo beautiful restaurant (fast, delicious, mind-blowing), a minute's walk from the museum (entrance is 600 rubles separately, it's worth going! There is also an atmospheric shop nearby, as if in a basement, a la museum, there is everything for a tourist!!! Thank you, kind, lovely people! This is the coolest plus!!!!

It was 17.04. We ordered 2 servings of draniki, with a languid cheek and in a gentry style. The draniki themselves are burnt in both portions, right up to black at the edges, hence the taste of good beef goes to the 2nd plan. In the second draniki, pork is tough. For the price of 28 and 30p, this is so-so, to put it mildly. The interior is atmospheric, but the food spoils everything. We do not recommend visiting, it is better to go to a cafe.

The food was acceptable, there were a lot of people willing, so there was a queue. The interiors are Chinoiserie style, and in some places the murals have been restored. There are steps leading to the restaurant, so it will be inconvenient for people with limited mobility, or there is an elevator or a lift that needs to be asked about. There was nothing like this visible from the main entrance. The service is very slow, if you are in a hurry for an excursion, it is better to use the cafe services behind the castle. Everything is fast and delicious there, and the national cuisine is on the menu.

This restaurant was recommended to us. We called a few hours in advance to make a reservation. A very nice receptionist not only reserved a table for us, but also sent the menu via Telegram so that we could pre-order and the waiting time for the dishes was minimal. That's how it turned out. The interior design and architecture looks very beautiful. The food is noticeably controversial . Salad with carriages - we finished it deliciously . Birch sap and drinks are fashionable to drink . Beef tartare - coarsely chopped pieces of meat with a dressing made from rancid butter, the waiters respectfully showed a fresh bottle of olive oil with which they made the dressing. I couldn't finish eating. Languid cheeks with draniki, cheeks that look like liver , taste languid with hints of cow 's milk. Chicken baby soup is too salty . Unfortunately , it didn 't work out to our liking . All dishes were removed from the bill, again, respect to the waiters .

It's an interesting place, the cabbage soup is very tasty, but we waited 40 minutes for the draniki, when asked if they would be soon, we were told that the menu says 30 minutes and the waiters don't know exactly when they will be cooked. As a result, we wanted to have a quiet meal before the tour, but we did everything in a hurry. The dranikt with sour cream were delicious, but the draniki in a pot is a separate song, it's inconvenient to eat, as they are piled on top of each other, the meat is not edible at all, insanely tough. In short, we won't go there anymore, the feeling of the place is very twofold, but the mood is definitely spoiled.

Friday, February 27, transfer from Grodno to Minsk with arrival in Mir and Nesvizh. Overboard +1, humid and windy, time 15.30. There's a ringing emptiness in my stomach...That's how we (me, husband, daughter) arrived at the castle. The legs themselves led to the restaurant, although the name was hidden by some tubs of thuja :). We went to the restaurant with doubt, because we didn't know anything about him, we hadn't read the reviews. The sweet waiter girl immediately endeared herself with her attention and attitude, melting our distrust. There were several tables to choose from, and a banquet was being prepared in a part of the hall. The stylized hall deserves special attention. Cozy, beautiful, non-standard, not worn out. Tapestry tablecloths are my love, and they were here! The same cute girl with a scythe (sorry 100 times that I didn't remember the name) helped with the selection of dishes. The menu is small, but complex. As a result, we ate, got drunk, and took the leftovers of the pancakes with us, because after the hearty, rich cabbage soup with porcini mushrooms (plus salsa and bread), three portion pancakes (we took different ones: with stewed beef with cherry sauce, and with cheeks) that's a bit much). Pumpkin soup is neutral in taste. Hetman-style coffee is delicious, tinctures, tea with sea buckthorn and ginger are delicious. It turned out to be a wonderful lunch on the penultimate winter day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! (I will add that the dishes were served correctly, alternately and quickly)

We visited the Hetman restaurant in Nesvizh Castle and were absolutely delighted! The atmosphere seems to transport you to another era: the interior subtly conveys the local flavor, and the location itself is just perfect. The prices are pleasantly surprising — at the urban level, without extra charge for the location. The only caveat: the restaurant is very popular, so it's better to book a table in advance. For the first time in my life I was in a restaurant - in the Building of a Real Castle 🏰🤩 After the museum exhibition at Nesvizh Castle, we decided to just stop by for lunch and didn't regret it - it was the right Decision.👌🔥 We were warmly welcomed and escorted to a separate room at the very end of the restaurant, overlooking a pond with boats. As we walked, we admired the palatial interiors of the restaurant - it's something, you walk and realize - I haven't had lunch in the palace yet😁😂 Very Beautiful and in the spirit of the past centuries, atmospheric, what can I say)) and this room at the end of the restaurant, just for the three of us, was incredibly cozy and wonderful, I just felt like nothing less than a Princess of the Radziwills. 😅🥹👸 And it was delicious, and it was beautiful, and it was Great. I Recommend it to everyone. We'll be back😋😋😋 I would especially like to mention the work of a waitress named Olesya, a very pleasant, friendly and attentive girl. She helped with all the questions, explained everything on the menu, clarified what was and what was not, it was a pleasure to communicate with her. And in general, all the staff are very pleasant young people, and the girls at the reception, and the boys in the bar and in the hall))

Wonderful restaurant!I liked everything from the interior to the kitchen, I booked in advance before the trip for the evening, but the circumstances turned out so that we arrived earlier, the staff went to the meeting and accommodated us. Our company consisted of six people and of course everyone ordered different dishes and everyone was satisfied!!! I especially remember the cabbage soup with porcini mushrooms. I wish there were more restaurants like this.

I didn't like it. I haven't seen such a level of service for a long time. I'll start with the order of serving the dishes. The drinks arrived only after several reminders, about 15 minutes after the start of the visit. Then they brought hot food, and when the hot food was eaten, they remembered about our salads. I don't recommend Draniki with sour cream for food, they look more like potato pancakes, and herring under a fur coat didn't inspire enthusiasm either. But the lemonade is great, very tasty.

We had a great time at Nesvizh Castle! We stayed in a hotel, had breakfast and dinner at the Hetman. I liked the breakfasts, 3 times and everyone was on the level. We had dinner once, everything was also delicious, liqueur and moonshine for 5. The service was excellent, almost always. One request, wrap the devices in napkins, or bring them as you land. Three stars, confident. A good castle interior in the Belarusian style. The kitchen is all about trying to reproduce the recipes of Radziwill cuisine in our time. Or maybe even then the Radziwills' attempts to introduce French cuisine were not very successful. It looks beautiful, but it doesn't taste very good. The interior surpasses taste in quality. Atmospheric restaurant in the castle. Overpriced prices! The dishes are standard, I would even say as simple as possible. Any grandmother can handle the task! The price is like a decent kitchen! Before ordering, I clarified about the preparation, the waiters said that everything is prepared "from under the knife," even the first one. But somehow, the mushroom soup was brought to me cool. After being asked to heat the soup, the dish was replaced. They were very surprised by the strudel!!!! I don't know where they've seen it. Some kind of puff pastry 7-8 mm high and an ice cream ball of 30 grams. It tastes as nondescript as it looks. It's a pity that amateurs cook in such an atmospheric place and spoil people's mood!!

I didn't like the salmon salad and the shrimp salad. The dressing in the first is like regular mayonnaise, in the second the shrimp have lost their taste. We've been waiting for desserts for a very long time. We ordered cheesecake and sour cream, at first, instead of cheesecake, they brought some kind of chocolate sponge cake, only the name of the cheesecake, the same thing with sour cream - but they waited even longer than the cheesecake, and as a result, instead of sour cream, they brought pieces of chocolate sponge cake, poured with condensed milk, and with the addition of cherries. It's just that instead of the 2 desserts we ordered, they brought completely different ones, and the waiters, when they served them, called it seriously cheesecake and sour cream.

On July 12, 2025, we (from St. Petersburg), as part of an excursion group, arrived in the city of Nesvizh, on the territory of which there is a wonderful castle of the 16th century, which once belonged to the ancient family of the Lithuanian princes Radziwills. After listening to an interesting tour of the castle in the afternoon, we decided to have dinner in the appropriate atmosphere - the Hetman castle restaurant. There were no seats, we did not provide reservations, but in the end, two charming waitress girls (unfortunately, they did not ask for names) arranged for us in the most beautiful place of the establishment with a view of the park and pond. The service is at the highest level, very friendly, excellent cuisine and drinks - all this made our evening at the Hetman unforgettable. Girls! Thank you so much! Thanks to the organizers of this beautiful place. I think our opinion will be readily shared by those who visited the Hetman restaurant with its amazing atmosphere.
