Real professionals work here. If you want to buy an apartment in Tbilisi, I recommend contacting only here. I thank Daria for her help with the selection and legal support of the transaction. And your videos are just a treasure trove of useful information. I recommend everyone who is looking for real estate in Georgia to watch their channel first - it's about prices, and about different complexes, and about money transfer, it helps a lot to decide at the first stage, and then you can contact the guys for advice.

Maria has been incredibly helpful to me, and I highly recommend her services! I was buying a house, and she was hired by the landlords, but nevertheless defended honest and fair conditions, and saved me from reading and translating ten thousand incomprehensible Georgian pieces of paper, I could just sit, drink coffee and sign papers, 10/10 experience highly recommended

We helped to untangle the legal tangle with my real estate, which I bought before I met gpi. Everything is clear, fast, and competent. I worked with Maria, and as a result, as a citizen of Ukraine, they informed me that they would not charge me any money. Anton, thank you for being truly "people for people"!
