I spent one night. October 2025. Overall, the hotel is normal. A very nice girl at the reception. He speaks excellent Russian. The hotel is in the center. There are big complaints about room cleaning - there is hair in the bathroom, the plumbing is very tired. And the room itself is already very tired. If the windows of the room face the street, it is very noisy. A good breakfast. The hotel has a great cafe. Probably the best thing about my entire trip to Georgia in terms of price-quality ratio. A pleasant place, we took 2 rooms, and they gave us a 30% discount on one of them. Prices are adequate relative to the market, but a big plus is the availability of a pool with free access. After a long day, or vice versa, it is very pleasant to swim at the very beginning of the day. In addition, the hotel is located in the city center, in the evening you can sit in the park and in a minute you will find yourself in the room. In general, if you check in for a couple of days, I recommend it.

Starting from the cleaners and ending with the "director", no one is involved in solving the problems that have arisen. I emphasize that all the problems that have arisen, from dirty towels, to the heavy smell in the room, are the shortcomings of the hotel itself. A little later, I find out that hotels are being bought by ratings, but in fact it is considered one of the most unprofitable in the city. Moreover, in my presence, they brought the sick girl to tears and instead of apologizing, she was showered with threats and insults.

Unfortunately, I had to check into this hotel with my three children, as there were no other places. On the first night, we found 2 pillows with mold, a broken bed, and hair in the bathroom. When asked to resolve the situation, the hotel administrator did not even deign to inform the manager about our problem. After repeated reminders and lost nerves, only the pillows were changed. But this is nothing compared to what happened after a day of staying. In our room, there were vital medications in the refrigerator, which I carried in a special refrigerator, in a certain situation. In the morning, I discovered a damaged refrigerator, most likely overheated and turned off, and to my indignation, tears and nerves, they offered the only way to move out immediately. I emphasize the fact that I informed them that I was an oncological patient and I needed to take them in the evening. But no one cared. The receptionist and two hotel directors tried in every way to prove to me that the refrigerator was working properly, but only in words. What can I say if you want to live for your own money in an environment where human health and life are not the main thing for the hotel staff, where you are even to blame for not cleaning your room, if you want to face the selfishness and arrogance of the director, as well as his wife, who "offended" by the fact that I am in a state of stress, hysteria and understanding of the hopelessness of the situation, I just did not greet her, then welcome to the Georgia Gold Hotel.

A good hotel in general, located in the very center of the city on the main street. The rooms are small but cozy. I took off the stars because karaoke is blaring at night in the cafe on the ground floor until 4 a.m. We didn't know right away if we thought it was in the next building or on the street next to the hotel. It only came to me when we came to a cafe for breakfast and saw the speakers on the walls and the karaoke remote control. In general, the administration should put the guests to sleep.
