Rented a car for 10 days. It was Audi Q7 with full coverage. What I liked that the guys were on the phone all the time, even late in the evening. Helped with some information. Also they waited me for late drop-off. Also, they agreed to get USD first and then return it and get GEL instead. Only 1 comment that I reminded them about returning the USD a few days before dropping off, but they didn't have the exact amount, and I had to withdraw additional USD because of they had more than needed, just 20 mins before dropping off. Recommend this service.

The office was pleased with the large selection of child seats and the presence of a comfortable children's corner. Separately, I would like to note the highest customer orientation of the company. Due to our own carelessness, we scratched the bumper a little. From the moment the incident was recorded, technical support promptly helped and clearly explained the procedure. As a result, thanks to the basic insurance, the damage was partially covered without any problems - the company treated the situation as loyally and with understanding as possible. When returning the car, the Tsotne manager showed sincere courtesy and care. The inspection was quick, and after handing over the car, he distributed Wi-Fi from his phone after hours at night, helped to call a taxi and waited for it with us. A huge plus is that the car does not need to be washed before delivery, it significantly saves time. We definitely recommend it!

The rental was disappointing. We rented two cars, both Mini Cooper. The process of registration and transfer of cars was quick and did not cause any questions. Questions arose about the technical condition of the machines. Two days later, a low oil warning light came on for the first car, and we found a leak under the car. It was visible that oil was dripping from under the drain plug. We immediately wrote to GeoDrive and attached photos. In response, they started writing to us that we had hit the pan, which is why the oil was leaking. At the same time, we immediately reported that the pallet had not been touched anywhere, but later we were accused of this several more times. We were told to top up the oil and go to the service in Tbilisi, even though we were in Stepantsminda at the time. We asked for another car to be prepared for us, because apart from the oil leak, we were not satisfied with the brakes. This request was ignored and nothing was answered. We bought oil and went to Tbilisi. Having reached the specified service through traffic jams, they found that there was no entrance to it: the road was dug up, and the pit was filled with water. A service employee came out to us and was surprised that we were sent to him. According to him, he warned the office in advance that there was no access to the service, especially for the Mini Cooper. We turned around and drove to the office. An employee met us there and offered to stop by the service located directly in front of the office. It remains unclear why we were initially sent to another, remote service. The service lifted the car and found out that the thread of the drain plug had been torn off during the previous oil change. In addition, the pallet itself has already been digested several times. It was about these welds that the rental staff wrote earlier: "You hit the pan, that's why the oil is leaking." After that, we returned to the office, where we were given a Buick instead. We were assured that everything was in order with the car and we would drive safely to Batumi and back. However, this was not the case either. The car's Check Engine was on fire, but it did not accelerate above 90 km/h on the highway. Even this speed was difficult for the car to gain. Now about the second car, the blue Mini Countryman, which is shown in the photo. He also had the Check Engine on fire from the very beginning. We were told that this was normal and not worth worrying about. There were really no special questions about the operation of the engine and gearbox. However, the suspension was in very poor condition. In addition, there were winter tires on the rear axle and summer tires on the front. In the rain, the car lost control. It was especially "safe" to drive such a car along the Tbilisi —Batumi expressway during the rain. On wet asphalt, already at a speed of about 70 km / h, the car began to roll from side to side. Winter tires on wet roads lost grip and control. 2 stars only for the fact that initially the booking and receiving process of the car were organized well. But all that happened after that was horror. It was lucky that the cars didn't stop on the highway and I didn't have to call a tow truck. And yes, the Buk on their website was cheaper than a Mini Cooper. But when asked about the refund of the difference, they said that the replacement always comes at the price of the original lease. Well, plus 2 liters of oil at our expense too)

The only thing that let down the quality of their cars was a little bit, they didn't keep up with their condition, I had to change the red Chevrolet to a gray Jetta and waste valuable time, but they gave me a discount for this and listened constructively to both cars (I even scanned them with my obd2 scanner). The car was returned late at 22 hours, the staff was on site. Detailed instruction on the specifics of movement and traffic rules in Georgia. I think I've driven here many times, but I've learned some things for the first time. The car was in decent condition, although, of course, the "old" one was from the USA. The engine pulled quite confidently uphill and overtaking. Everything was working fine. The guys speak and write excellent Russian. Some of our compatriots. Various insurance options, there is an option without collateral. The only restriction is the rental of 2 days or more. I had to pay this price, although the car was needed for one day.

We rented an orange Hyundai Veloster car for a week in July, although the car was not new with scuffs and small cracks on the turn signals, but it was quite comfortable - it pulled merrily, the air conditioner worked properly in the heat, but it was a pity that there was no shiny sun screen for parking. We drove it from Tbilisi for more than 500 kilometers along the Alazani valley from Akhmeta to Sighnaghi, including the serpentines steeply uphill, there was always enough power, but it was just the two of us. Stanislav, a very friendly employee, met us at the airport upon arrival, explained and showed us everything, arranged for the keys to be handed over on the spot, and then met us near the airport before departure, quickly took the car, and drove us to the entrance doors of the terminal - we had only pleasant impressions. At my request, I received the track of our trip as a souvenir.
