Lobio - it tastes like water diluted, disgusting. Even a simple salad with vegetables and walnuts could not be made. Instead of walnuts, they sprinkled an incomprehensible substance, it's definitely not a nut, it's impossible to eat, just a disgrace to the chefs! They left hungry. Don't repeat our mistakes, don't eat in this place, See the beautiful views and go downstairs to have dinner at a normal restaurant or cafe. There are many of them in Tbilisi!

It takes your breath away! I liked the view better when you go down. It's better to sit in the first flight, there are cool seats in front of the driver. The park itself is beautiful and cozy, I think it's great here in summer! The cafe (not a restaurant) is lively, there are few places and they quickly run out. Everyone comes here for desserts and especially for donuts with custard! Delicious! I recommend you to visit and taste it!

We were unlucky enough to wait in line at a cafe for half an hour. The donuts turned out to be stuffed, the filling is too sweet for us. But the soda is great. But there are other places in the city where you can try it. The place is beautiful, the view is wonderful. I was too tired after the park and waiting to admire the place. It seems to me that just for the sake of a cafe, this place is not worth visiting. Along with a walk in the park, you can. But the park is interesting only for families with children. And yes, it's hot in there. At the beginning of April, we had a good sweat there. It's probably very hard to be there in the summer.

The restaurant with a rich history is considered the hallmark of Tbilisi. Famous for donuts. In Soviet times, it was a place of worship, hosting guests such as Fidel Castro and Margaret Thatcher. Since 2000, the funicular has not worked: after a serious accident — a cable break — the movement was stopped. The reconstruction lasted almost 13 years, and the Tbilisi funicular was opened with modern carriages and updated infrastructure. He didn't impress me. The staff is lazy, the atmosphere is boring. The donuts are delicious. The view of the city is gorgeous!

Unfortunately, visiting the Funicular Restaurant in Tbilisi has become one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences in recent times. At these prices, you'd expect a high level of service and food quality, but the reality turned out to be completely different. The service was slow and indifferent: the waiters rarely came to the table, and I had to repeatedly remind them of the order. Some dishes arrived with a long delay, and part of the order had to be further clarified. The kitchen also failed to meet expectations. The dishes looked much better on the menu than on the table. The taste turned out to be mediocre, and some items were served already cold. It seems that the restaurant relies more on its location and appearance than on the quality of food and service. It is especially unpleasant that the staff did not respond to the comments in any way and did not try to correct the situation. For the money spent, I wanted to get at least basic attention to the guests. The beautiful view of the city is not able to compensate for the poor cuisine, the long wait and the indifferent attitude towards visitors. I do not plan to return here and I cannot recommend this place.

Lyulya-kebab: a large portion, they give matsoni as a sauce. Matsoni is the top. The cradle is dry. Red onion is not tasty, there is a lot of vinegar. There is no taste of onions at all, just sour vinegar. I don't know how to assess this, given the waiting time of 110 minutes. The wine is normal. I wish they would have brought it to us in 60 minutes. The minimum payment is GEL 100 per person. To me, it's very unjustified.
