Level 3 Local Expert

It's a great place. Administrators are simply the best people in the world. Of course it's a bit dirty, but it's all covered up by the cool location and accessibility to the city. The rooms are comfortable , the tenants are quiet . There are a lot of foreigners from different parts of the world , a great option for practicing the language .
