A good bank, responsive, competent staff. I performed all the operations I wanted. Everything was suggested in the case and not only. Convenient location of the bank. I recommend it, do not forget your passport (passport).

There is a boler with water for customers, but there are no cups. I made a remark to the administration, the answer is: they haven't delivered it to us yet. I live next to this bank, so I go there. Apparently, these cups have not been delivered to them in a year. The employees each collect water with their own mug. At the expense of managers: they lie terribly, just to sell you a loan, after applying for a loan, questions arise, but the manager is no longer interested in you. (Maybe not all of them are like that, but I came across one) in the department where they give out lost or eaten cards by the bug committee. The service is good.

A good bank, they opened an account for Yurik quickly. But as a non-resident, neither corporate nor physics cards were opened. It seems to be nonsense, but no, reality, or as employees say the regulations...

The manager gave me a hard time, said that they don't open accounts for citizens of the Russian Federation, and with a smirk that I was a non-resident, politely sent me to the farm to collect apples. In general, the bank is on the fourth line.

Good customer service. But the loan interest is high.

A good bank. It's cozy and you don't stand in line for a long time. There are few people. Services on the 5th scale
