wroute a review on Trip.com, just sharing here: Absolutely amazing experience at this hotel in Kurtatinsky Canyon.We try to visit North-Ossetia every year, since it's my homeland.this hotel is new, so it was our first time here. Location is excellent, all the staff was super friendly and extremely professional. everyone in this hotel, like restaurant staff or front desk, security guards, cleaning ladies, all ready to help if any questions. Our room with beautiful mountain view was very cozy,clean with everything you may need for comfortable stay. what's very important, and not common for high-mountain hotels in that area, our room was really warm,even floor was heated, so we could keep our window open for listen to Fiagdon river nearby, it was soooo relaxing.A lot lounge areas for chill inside and outside. lovely swimming pool for adults and kids, with lounge chairs inside and at outdoor terrace. Sauna, Spa salon. OMG, massage in spa was amazing, really helpful after my long flight from China. At hotel surroundings there is a long but comfortable for hiking terrencourt, it will takes around one hour to go up and down. Btw, here are many medieval architectural monuments at a canyon,the hotel can arrange private tours for you with experienced guide, if you wish. very interesting places to visit dated to the 14th-15th century. Great high quality breakfast buffet with a large number of options of food and drinks, even champagne. restaurant with super delicious western and caucasian food for lunch and dinner or anytime if you will use room service.the air here is so clean and fresh, that the appetite is always good) I was lucky to have a lovely birthday gift from a hotel, fruit platter and champagne, that was very sweet. Frankly, to my opinion, this hotel it's deserves 5 stars. overall, we had unforgettable great time at Forrest terrace, wish to come back and definitely will at next year!

Отличный отель, отзывчивый персонал. Привезли с прогулки клеща, сотрудники ресепшен и охрана оперативно среагировали, вызвали скорую, очень помогли. Когда отменили самолёт, при высокой загруженности отеля, нашли свободный номер и сделали всё возможное. Выражаю огромную благодарность сотрудникам🙏🏻Отдельно хочу отметить территорию отеля. Есть экотропа, которая ведет на смотровую площадку с прекрасным видом на горы, по пути есть скамейки для отдыха, так что подняться на верх по силам и старику, и ребёнку. В отеле комфортная спа зона с великолепным бассейном, небольшая зона джакузи, сауной. Массаж очень даже приличный. У нас был включен завтрак, продукты неплохого качества, но ассортимент немного скудноват для пяти звезд, по моему мнению. В любом случае буду рекомендовать этот отель. Тут можно полноценно отдохнуть в тишине, надышаться свежим воздухом в комфортных условиях.

Это самое удивительное и максимально уединенное место , в котором мы когда-либо были. Это тот случай, когда красиво до мурашек, куда ни повернись! Атмосфера, обслуживание- топ! Встречают приветливо, девушки на ресепшене всегда встают. Все настолько максимально комфортно и уютно, что уезжали мы с огромной грустью. Бассейн теплый, не хотелось вылезать. Джакузи теплое- вобще чудо. Каждый день пользовались хамамом и сауной. Идеально чисто- не придраться. Тренажерный зал максимально наполнен, качественен. Говорить про наполненность и чистоту номеров не буду- но знайте, что тут тоже не придеретесь:) по запросу нам принесли пуховые подушки.. в общем! От всей души мы желаем вашему отелю процветания, сохранить ту приватность, из-за которой мы проделали к вам долгий путь:) и желаем вам максимально добропорядочных гостей! Вы лучшие! Вы в нашем сердце! Ждите нас осенью🫶🏼
