I went to this optics store today to buy lenses, there was no need to pick up anything, first I went to the checkout, where it was free, from there I was sent to the administrator, I was in a hurry to get transport, there was one girl in the administrator's room who was picking up glasses for the other two customers, which obviously takes a long time, after a couple I asked for a few minutes to give me the lenses and just pay off, to which they told me: "we'll finish and then we'll give it back," I explained that I was in a hurry, I waited, the clients and the administrator began to condemn my request to sell me the lenses in my presence))) I told the salesman that I should at least wait for my departure, to which they responded not with apologies at all, but with sarcasm. As a result, I missed my transport, there was still a 12-minute wait before the trolleybus at the time of my visit to the optics. I had to spend a lot of time in an empty pharmacy and even more time waiting for a new transport home. I give a huge minus to the service. I will make an official request separately, I want to get an answer about the reasons why only one person sells lenses and selects glasses in optics and why a second employee could not sell lenses to me.
