You are cool and there are many explanations for that! 1. Wonderful service, as they replied after 23-00 and the bouquet was delivered the next day. 2. they offered many options from the availability - a large selection 3. Fresh flowers 4. Punctual delivery - the flowers were delivered at the agreed time.

I ordered chocolate-covered strawberries for the first time! It's something magical! I just can't put it into words. I just wish I had ordered earlier. The prices of chocolate-covered strawberries are almost twice as low as in other flower shops. We will definitely come back again. I rarely give feedback to Yandex, but the store is clearly worthy of a great rating, so I got there) And super fast delivery! Thanks!

My boyfriend gave me a large bouquet of bush roses from here, as well as handmade candies. Very tasty! The store does not work on quantity, but on quality, you will never be deceived here. I was also inside, there is a refrigerator with a lot of bush roses, there are also vases, by the way, take a bouquet of flowers with a vase together, you will not lose. There is also a decor and dried flowers. The florist is pleasantThanks for the flowers!

There is only one advantage - they work around the clock. Otherwise, it's a terrible place, treating customers like they're doing a favor. And if you want to change something in the bouquet or start choosing the design, they do everything with such dissatisfaction and some kind of irritation, as if you are distracting them from something :) at the same time, the margin is like in a decent boutique. I got on three different sellers, all the same. I buy flowers every week, but I only come here when I have nowhere else to go, and I don't recommend it.

I came across an advertisement on the Internet, I saved it just in case. When the occasion came up, I wrote on Whatsapp, they immediately responded, consulted on prices and availability of colors from the photo. They offered a bouquet option, several payment methods, and within an hour they were assembled and delivered. And it's late at night! The bouquet is incomparable, the flowers are the freshest, they smell delicious. The prices are reasonable. We will contact you!

Good time of day. I made an order for my daughter: a bouquet of roses and a mix of "chocolate-covered strawberries". A separate request was to add ice cream to the order!)) Many thanks to FlowerStore, for the emotions received-these are the tears of joy of my daughter and the excited heart of my mother! I made the order from Russia.

A wonderful flower shop! Friendly staff, beautifully decorated room and a large selection of fresh flowers that are stored in the refrigerator. Also in the store there are sweet gifts on sale in boxes, chocolate-covered strawberries are made to order and it is divinely delicious) in addition to strawberries, other fruits can be made) and by the way, chocolate can also be chosen) there is delivery and all kinds of payment methods, which is very pleasing) there are also combo sets - a bouquet of flowers and strawberries in chocolate - for a gift, the most important thing is that a bonus system is provided for customers, which is important and pleasant) I highly recommend everyone to visit this store! I am sure that you will be satisfied, the service is at the highest level!

A lovely salon with fresh Dutch flowers. The florist very easily found a compromise between the desired effect and the price. The girl master got exactly in the mood and made a wonderful composition! The recipient was thrilled! I was very pleased with the salon, I recommend it!

The most stylish bouquets are made by girls in the Flower Store. It is difficult to find bouquets in Batumi that would be distinguished by both stylish decoration and high-quality fresh flowers that last a long time. 10 out of 10

I ran to take a bouquet, at the request of my friends, the budget was limited, 40 GEL, that is, literally a few twigs of some flowers. As I understood it, there was a hostess in the store, when I said my budget, I got a smirk in response, and then I felt ridiculed and humiliated by the budget. I was extremely unhappy. Firstly, this is unacceptable, a child can come in and say I have 5 GEL, I have saved up for my mother, can I have some kind of twig, will you send him away too? Secondly, the prices for flowers are really high, is this a reason now not to buy them at all? Even 1 branch? Thirdly, as a manager, you should be as polite and customer-oriented as possible than any employee. I was even told that it would be better not to buy a bouquet at all and take something else, they say it's such a shame to buy something for 40 GEL. I don't recommend this place because of the attitude. Pay attention to how you treat your customers. I wasn't in the mood to find out something and fight with someone, but my mood was further spoiled by this attitude.
