It turned out that the problem was with the network cable. Replacing it helped. As a result, instead of 30p for diagnostics, they charged 90p for flashing the bios. When the manager called, he didn't really explain the cause of the breakdown, he was unfriendly, and he was reluctant to answer my questions.

The thermal paste was applied in such a way that after six months the laptop began to turn off on the desktop from overheating. Disassembled—the chip is dry, as if nothing had been applied to it. There was a licensed v10 and a mac, reinstalled so that only v10 remained and the search stopped working. With that level of expertise, I wouldn't even trust a microwave to plug into an outlet, or I'd suddenly turn away and find a candle instead.

I left my laptop for repair. I immediately identified the problem of a faulty network adapter, that I was able to reinstall Windows and drivers on my own, and the cause of the malfunction was not this, before diagnosis, but the employee pretended to take note of this information and assured me that the problem would be solved. A day later, a repair employee called me and informed me that the problem was the lack of a driver for the network adapter, I repeated to him that I had deleted the driver myself, and the problem was not in it, but he insisted that everything would work and just needed to reinstall Windows and drivers. After that, the network adapter started working, they charged me 120 rubles for what I can do myself for free. After 3 weeks, the problem recurred and I took the laptop into normal repair, where the problem was fixed.
