Boorish attitude of the staff towards children. And this is not an isolated case. Apparently, no work has ever been done with the staff on this issue. Such employees discourage the desire to go not only to this store, but also to your entire network. They just laugh at the visitors' comments that they don't care and no one tells them to.

The place is not bad in principle. But the quality of service, layout and price tags are disgusting. It is unrealistic to look at the dishes, and the prices are generally not to be found among the number of them at all. To find out, you need to go to the checkout and ask, which is very inconvenient when choosing a product.
