Excellent gym, convenient location. The staff is always polite and helpful. Coaches don't just help with the technique of doing exercises, but really delve into your goals and give you advice. I like the atmosphere in the hall the most. There is no pressure, everyone is friendly and supportive of each other. Separately, I would like to note the cleanliness and order in the locker rooms, as well as the presence of such small items as cotton pads, cotton swabs, micellar water, a roller for cleaning clothes and deodorant. And the opportunity to go for a massage right in the gym after a workout is very convenient and helps to completely relax and recover. To all those who appreciate not only effective workouts, but also maximum comfort, I highly recommend the Fitness Plaza.

The hall as a whole is 50/50, some of the simulators are rusty and there are those that no one uses because they are ineffective , instead of them it would be possible to put more efficient simulators, there are no windows in the hall and the fans on the ceiling work very strangely, they turn on and off The men's locker room is too small, although the women's room is bigger, which is strange Of the staff, some of the coaches are good, but those who sit at the reception are constantly sitting with a dissatisfied face and because of all the little things they find fault and are rude to those who are under 16 (because only teenagers can be rude) For example, one day they can ask for a passport and everything will be fine, and the next day they may not ask for a passport and then charge double the price for training, it's ugly and even more so it would be possible to remember in 2 months the people who go to them

A wonderful room! Wonderful coaches work here, always ready to help and support.A friendly girl greets you at the reception. The room has a comfortable temperature, there is free water. All simulators are working properly.The locker room is clean and tidy, as well as deodorants, cotton swabs and other necessary trifles.The gym itself is very clean, as well as the exercise equipment.I will definitely come back here again!☺️🫶
