Slow check-in. The refused to make omelettes even though omelettes were said to be made upon request. Finally the rude cook made one that was complete trash. AC is loud. No fresh juice, only fake processed juice. No fresh fruit and they wouldn't even give an apple. ONLY INSTANT COFFEE!! The location isn't close to any store, be advised. No water waiting the room and it took 20 minutes to bring the water after the slow Check-in. No QUEEN BED, just two twin pushed together. ZERO CHANCE I WILL EVER EVEN CONSIDER EXPOCORE AGAIN.

For an apparently new hotel with 4 stars, too many things off. In the room window was broken, water in the sink didn’t go down, towels were dirty and wet when we arrived, and bathroom wall tiles were left dirty after the previous occupants, bathroom ceiling covered in wet stains. Lovely hotel, friendly staff, everything is clean, beautiful surroundings. The executive suite is above all praise! Large 3-room room, one bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms: toilet, sink and a large shower in each bathroom, the kitchen has dishes, refrigerator, microwave, bar table with chairs. There are 3 TVs and 3 air conditioners located in each room, which is very convenient. The bedrooms have wardrobes and dressing tables. Everything is well planned, the interior design is pleasing to the eye. Breakfast is a buffet, there is everything to be full: from sausages, porridge, meat and cheese cuts to cottage cheese, yogurt, dried fruits, fruit, cakes, halva, tea and coffee. I recommend this hotel to everyone!

The restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere is located on the ground floor of the hotel. Satisfying and delicious. The menu changed every day and didn't bother me. Staff. Very helpful and competent staff: they speak English, Russian, and Armenian perfectly; they checked in an hour earlier because there were rooms available; when checking out, she asked to wake up at night - the request was fulfilled! They are always polite and smiling. I lived for 6 days while on a business trip. Pros: - I got a fairly spacious room with everything I need - a refrigerator, air conditioning, kettle, slippers, soap and soap, towels, etc. - loyal conditions for business travelers. - good breakfast and dinner. - the plumbing is in good condition, there were no problems with the water. - the staff is adequate. - there is WiFi. - the presence of an elevator. They didn't take out the trash, they didn't change the towels. No one came in at all. - you need to tuck the duvet into the duvet cover yourself. - when you arrive, you sign a paper with a lot of game. I especially remember that the resident has to take out the garbage himself (the nearest dumpster on the street is 150 meters from the hotel). What?!And this is a 4-star hotel on the sign?
