I will be happy to share our experience with the EuroTour Group travel agency. **The first part:** We took several tours with the EuroTour Group, and the start was just great! On the first day we went to Dresden, then to Kostnica and Cesky Krumlov, and Roman was our guide. He is a true professional in his field! He tells everything perfectly, it is interesting, fascinating and to the point. Roman feels the people, knows how to maintain the atmosphere and makes the interactive in time, which makes the tour really memorable. Not only did we visit amazing places, but on the way Roman made stops in the most interesting locations. Thanks to his escort, these days passed like clockwork! **The second part:** But, unfortunately, the positive impression ended there. The third and fourth days of the tour became the worst nightmare because of the new guide, Alexey. Acquaintance with him began with a rude demand: "give me the money", no "good morning", no "hello", no introduction. It was immediately clear that we could not expect a warm relationship. We went to Munich – everything went "OK" there, but it turned out that we were going to have a trip to Neuschwanstein Castle, tickets for which had to be booked in advance. And neither the guide nor the agency bothered to warn us about it! As a result, access to the main object of the tour turned out to be impossible for us. Alexey failed to produce at least an impressive story, and his driving style was uncomfortable and dangerous. He never established contact with the group, and answered questions rudely and dismissively. This attitude towards customers is just a disappointment. After the tour, I immediately called the agency, explained the situation, but in response I heard only a polite "sorry" and no specifics. We, a group of six people, were so unhappy that I plan to reapply and claim compensation for this disgusting experience. **Total:** In summary, I cannot recommend this agency for your travels in Europe. The start was great, but a sharp drop in quality over the next few days ruined the whole experience.

We took excursions to Karlovy Vary and Kutnaya Gora. The guides have very poor diction and tell not interesting, but the most unpleasant thing that spoiled our day was the endless arrivals during the tour to the shops, from which the Guides themselves have dividends. Czech Bohemia, shopping malls, cosmetics stores, you have to have lunch in the restaurant where you are being taken, you feel like a hollow sucker in every sense. I strongly do not recommend taking excursions from this company.

They throw it on excursions. If you are 10 minutes late at the pick-up point, then be sure that they will leave without you. We don't leave our own - it's not about this company. I went on an excursion to Munich (Oktoberfest), I was late with another person for exactly 10 minutes, and they left without us, that is, they left in a foreign country without any help. The next day, instead of apologizing, the manager started hitting on us and accusing us that it was our fault, they said they called us (although the phones were on, the Internet was on for a call to what's app) and waited 20 minutes (it turns out they were waiting for us not at the pick-up point, but at the place where the bus was already leaving back to Prague.). The main thing for an organization is to get the money (which they take in advance), they do not bear any responsibility, therefore, this attitude towards customers. Fortunately, we had money for an overnight stay and a return ticket, so we didn't have to spend the night at the station. Food for thought for all those who plan to go on an excursion from this company.
