Отличный филиал и склад ЭТМ! Заказывала электрооборудование для ремонта — всё чётко: оформила на сайте, через день позвонили, сказали, что готово к выдаче. На складе порядок, всё разложено по зонам, сотрудники оперативно собрали заказ. Особенно благодарна менеджеру Анне — подсказала аналоги, когда одной позиции не оказалось в наличии. Цены адекватные, есть скидки для постоянных клиентов. Однозначно буду обращаться снова!

Не часто обращаюсь к таким магазином, но после посещения данного филиала, решил, что буду ходить только сюда. Весь персонал очень вежливый, явно знают свое дело. Очень запомнился менеджер Федор, считаю его действительно хорошим специалистом, который может не только помочь, но и решить различные ситуации. Обязательно приду еще.
