Booked the whole hotel for a week event, everything went smoothly. Hosts are very responsive, hotel is awesome. Highly recommend.

The hotel is really very stylish and beautiful: modern design, cozy atmosphere and beautiful views. The rooms and common areas leave a pleasant impression, although they are very shabby, there is a sense of attention to detail and aesthetics. However, there are several significant disadvantages. The staff seemed to treat Russian-speaking guests less kindly than other visitors. Perhaps this is a subjective feeling, but it has occurred repeatedly during the stay. There is also practically no service after 23:00: it is impossible to order either food or drinks. This is quite unexpected for a hotel of this level, especially considering that there are practically no alternative places nearby where you can have a snack late at night. The biggest drawback is the lack of working air conditioners in the rooms. In hot weather, this seriously affects the comfort of living and looks strange for a hotel of this level. I was also surprised by the very modest bathroom equipment. The rooms do not have hair conditioner and body lotion, the basic things you would normally expect to see in a good hotel. Breakfast also left mixed impressions. The choice of dishes is very limited, and it is quite difficult to find something to suit your taste. Given the remoteness of the hotel and the lack of cafes and restaurants nearby, I would like to see a more varied and full breakfast. In addition, the hotel has billiards, but for some reason access to it is limited in time. At the same time, the room is located separately and does not interfere with other guests, so it is not entirely clear why visitors are asked to leave it at certain hours. Overall, the hotel makes an excellent visual impression due to its design, comfort and beautiful views. However, the level of service, the lack of working air conditioners and some organizational issues significantly reduce the overall impression of the holiday.

Level 3 Local Expert

We liked it, despite the fact that we stayed out of season. Price-quality standards. Respect to the designer, everything is very Georgian. We will return in the summer to swim not only in the indoor, but also in the outdoor pool.
