It was pretty good, I got the matcha bubble tea with tapioca and it was decent. Tried their cake in a cup, and it left a lot to be desired. Wasn't impressed at all.

I came here to get money using the promo code Slivki. And I was pleasantly surprised by the huge assortment of drinks. I don't like tapioca, and it's wonderful that there is an opportunity to replace it with juice balls or remove it from the drink altogether. This is a separate plus. And also for the most delicious cheese lid (I tried it in different establishments and was satisfied only here).

We visited 2 times: on May 8th and 9th. For the first time, we ordered 2 drinks, stood for 35 minutes, approached the employee to clarify how long our order would be ready, to which we heard the phrase "Besides yours, I ordered 20 more of these, wait 15-20 minutes" (* there were 2 people sitting in the establishment besides us, and the employee was minding her own business). After that, we left without waiting for our drinks. On May 9, a similar situation occurred, only here we already waited for orders (20 minutes for 2 drinks), there was also no tapioca, for some reason it was replaced with jelly, without warning in advance, as a result of which the drinks turned out to be, to put it mildly, "not very good." Please pay attention to the customer orientation and overall work of the staff. 🙏🙏🙏

Great place, nice baristas, drinks are prepared very quickly.You don't have time to sit down, and the drink is ready. The prices are also pleasing, everything is very tasty and beautiful.The atmosphere is interesting and unusual. Thank you so much for such a wonderful place in the city center)

We visited the institution on May 9th. Unfortunately, the visit left mixed impressions, although everything was perfect in March. We ordered two drinks: "Cosmo Oreo" and "Blue Banana". There was no tapioca (this was not mentioned anywhere, the girl reported it only at the stage of the order, apparently it was impossible to report earlier, because potential customers may leave). The barista suggested a substitute (juice balls or jelly). However, I did not orient myself according to tastes in order to preserve the idea of the drink. As a result, strawberry jelly was added to the "Blue Banana" (there are no complaints here, we chose it ourselves, and for some reason the girl decided not to add coconut jelly, if we compare it with what we saw in the photo, then this drink looked like an "expectation and reality" joke), but for some reason they also added juice balls, which were not requested (the guest does not like them at all, strawberry jelly and juice balls are stored separately on the counter). There was also probably some confusion – the girl redid the drinks twice (on her own initiative, otherwise I can't explain why she started making our order, but stopped halfway and started making it from scratch again). The Cosmo Oreo was almost perfect, except for the missing tapioca. The girl at the checkout looked very sad and tired, maybe that's the point. I hope the management will pay attention to the service and give the employee a well-deserved day off so that she can rest.

I've never written bad reviews, but this place is very impressive. The place is quite cozy, but the competence of the staff leaves much to be desired. While we were choosing a drink, there was deathly silence, no music, no help from the staff. When we asked about a specific drink, they said it would be very cold because the ice would be crushed, they asked about the taste, they said it would be sour. When asked to make it a little less sweet, so that the sourness would be better felt, they said that everything was strictly according to the recipe, and they could not make less sugar) In the end, it would have been better if we hadn't asked anything at all, the drink we were told about turned out to be just plain ice cubes, very sweet, and there was no question of sourness. I don't know what the recipe is, or if that's how the staff prepares the drinks, but the drink didn't match the description given by the girl who prepared it.

The main disadvantage of the establishment is the lack of a bathroom, which is rather illogical for a place selling 500 ml tea. The staff is not very friendly. The atmosphere is calm, there are few seats, but everyone is free in the evening. Drinks taste like water with syrup + juice balls. Classic milk tea is not made with balls, tapioca was not available for it :/, which is strange for an institution with bubble tea. The mochi is delicious, but the selection is quite small. The waiting time is quite long, about 10 minutes for one order.

It is a very cozy and atmospheric place, the bartender girls are pleasant and will always tell you which Bubble to choose. I took Bubble tea from the seasonal menu and mochi with raspberries, it was very tasty. I will definitely visit this place🥰🥰🥰

Chocolate-covered blueberries are very tasty. For an acceptable 9 rubles. Bubble tea is more expensive if you want a full-fledged drink. It's cozy inside, although there's not much room.

Bubble tea itself is not bad, of those that I tried in Gomel, one of the best, but tapioca is terrible. I love bobl tee because of the tapioca and I take it extra everywhere, it's like it's undercooked here.

On February 18, my friends and I stopped by. A cheeky employee was sitting there. I have visited this institution many times, I saw it for the first time. I was shooting a video and barely noticed us! when she noticed with a displeased face, she made us our drinks. after trying the drink, my friend realized that it tasted different (she always took the same one). They realized that topioka was not enough. we no longer visited this institution. the girl is extremely unpleasant in appearance and rude!! I tried to cheat on the change. I counted for a few minutes how much change from 50 rubles!

When the establishment first opened, bubble tea (in particular, the quality of tapioca) seemed better. Things have been really bad lately. Tapioca is not fully tested, which is why it is simply sandy inside. So many times we hoped that this was a one-time incident, but no :( Otherwise, it's not bad!
