A wonderful hotel. In a quiet and cozy place. We walked to the Brest fortress. Pedestrian Sovetskaya is also nearby. Gogol Street with its Alley of Lanterns is even closer. The restaurant serves delicious and varied breakfasts. The staff is friendly. Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel does not match the declared stars at all. Firstly, we were not very warmly welcomed at the reception, and secondly, I was the first to hear that there was no bathrobe in the standard room. Thirdly, the bar is alcoholic only.

Great location, checked in early, it's important from a long road! We took into account the wishes of the number. The interior is beautiful, the furniture is solid wooden. Everything matches the description on the website. Excellent breakfasts. Remarks: poor wifi, the TV does not catch all channels well. There is a peculiar smell in the room, as if it smells like furniture polish. It is a pity that they were not allowed to have breakfast 10 minutes earlier. We had an early check-out and we didn't have enough time. Dry rations, to put it mildly, are not the same. The girl at the reception did her best, but the kitchen refused((

Returning from a walk, they asked for a corkscrew and wine glasses at the reception. It seems to me, given the level of the rented room, this should be the case, but ... it wasn't. I was struck by the administrator's response... go to the bar and make an agreement... what does "make an agreement" mean... we're not at the bazaar... that's the level for you))

The kitchen seems to be fine, although as often happens, there is confusion in the dishes. Attempts to come up with something original turn into a pile of products without any flavor structure. But there is another problem typical for restaurants and cafes in Belarus. At least, I've encountered it more than once. They buy cheap napkins, apparently made from recycled materials. And a cheap napkin, if it gets wet, which is inevitable when using it, starts to smell bad. And the whole haute cuisine disappeared from one such trifle.

I really like the hotel! We stayed several times, but everything is also consistently good there. The most pleasant thing for me is the reaction of the staff to difficulties or breakdowns in the room. They are eliminated just instantly, and it does not become a headache for the guests. Yes, this is how it should be, but how often have you seen this in practice? The rooms are good, we took both a junior suite and a suite. Definitely, the suite is worth the money. But the junior suite is quite pleasant, and the price is almost twice as low. Good breakfasts, which are included in the price, and an incredibly delicious restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. We were lucky with the weddings, we only danced to their music until 23, and after that the guests dispersed. Karaoke was not heard in general, but they asked us in advance to place us away from it) Total: the staff is very good-natured and helpful, the restaurant is excellent, the location of the hotel is good and quiet (while walking to the railway station and close to Sovetskaya street), we liked the rooms in different categories. Mini-minus: there are no sockets in the bathroom at all, do not carry your dysons, it is better to save a place in your suitcase for pleasant shopping in Brest 💛
