What a bad company this is. We rented a Hyundai Elentra from this company. When we got there the man that would be helping us already opened the shop to late. We inspected the car. It had quite a number of dings and I have no idea what happened to the rear windshield but I am pretty sure the bubble texture of the tinted foil that was on there wouldnt go through a safety inspection. He said the car was clean (which it wasn't we had to through out some stuff when we started driving) finally concluded that the fuel tank wasn't full. He made a photo and said I needed to bring it back with the same gas level. I think you already know how this is going to go... I signed which I should have never done. I just wanted to have a nice drive with my partner. When we were on the way back I pulled into a gas station, and then I thought how am I even supposed to get it back on the same level as that I took it? We ended up putting it full because I couldn't ask the attended that was helping us to stop pumping every 5 liters. I brought the car back and when I told them I wanted compensation for the extra fuel they laughed at me in my face. Saying I did not know how many liters I tanked extra and offering to figure that out together was met with a firm no. It tells me that they also had no idea how much was in that car and already knew they would get it back with a full tank. I will never rent a car here again, and I will absolutely advice anyone against it.

This guys are joke,giving 4-5 years old economy class cars for$100 a day and $500 deposit and they will return your deposit only after 12 months 🤣😭

Very good service. Customer orientation is excellent!! The staff is polite and good-natured. The waiting time is a bit longer than in other countries, but this is due to the fact that they thoroughly explain what to do in case of accidents and not just give the keys and say goodbye. They took the car in the city center and returned it at the airport. Convenient, cool! In general, I am satisfied, I advise you!

We took a car at the end of May 2023 in Yerevan. It is convenient that you can park your car in the underground parking of the hotel and not look for a place on the streets in the center. It was very valuable for us that you can pay with a Mir card or in cash for both rental and deposit (for which you usually need a credit card). The car is clean, odorless. The support team in whatsapp responds very quickly. Unfortunately, we had an accident on the last day of the lease. Not much, but it's the police, registration, etc. A rental representative came to us almost immediately (it happened in the center of Yerevan), I didn't even have time to call the insurance company. He solved all the issues with the insurance and the police himself, reassured us that the main thing was that everyone was safe and sound. Although it is clear that this is as unpleasant as possible for rental, they had a reservation for this car after us. I was pleasantly surprised by how calm and friendly everything went. There were no questions about the money after that (we had full insurance, but anything happens). The deposit was unfrozen on time. I highly recommend this rental, I give contacts to friends and acquaintances.

The staff is very pleasant and polite. The car is in very good condition, clean inside and out, and they often upgrade several levels higher for free. They give out cars and take them back quickly.

We stayed at the Ibis Hotel. There is a rental office in the same building. The car was not booked in advance. We came , processed the documents, made a deposit . The manager was polite and helpful. After 20 minutes we left in a Tuxane. The car is in excellent condition. During the trip, we contacted technical support (we did not know how to open the gas tank hatch). Conveniently, there is free underground parking here at the hotel. The deposit to the card was returned quickly. We recommend it!!! We will contact you again.

When ordering a car, the manager did not offer to bring and pick up the car, which would be a very convenient solution for us, since we do not live in the city center. After learning that only ONE manager works on Sunday and he will not be able to pick up the car for a fee even at 9.00 a.m., and it must be returned at exactly 10.00 a.m. and not a minute later, we refused to rent - but the manager withheld the fee for the whole day in the amount of AMD 50,000. Although we couldn't use their services. We did not expect to find such a thing in Yerevan. Very inconvenient opening hours- on Saturday until 15.00, on Sunday they do not work. It's not very friendly, you have to find out everything yourself and ask around, the client is not appreciated. This is one of the most expensive and prestigious rental salons in Yerevan. We went there hoping for a high level of service. But no. In fifteen minutes, we found three services next to the terms and conditions that are twice as cheap and convenient.

The bail amount is very high - $ 500. They impose additional insurance, which will reduce the amount of collateral by half. Unpleasant impressions remained from communicating with employees on the phone and in the office, they communicate arrogantly and constantly try to spread them for additional expenses. I canceled my reservation and will no longer apply to this rental, since there are enough others around.
