Scammers! They sell fakes! Never buy anything in this store! After the purchase, you will forget about your money and service, neither a refund nor an exchange nor a guarantee will be provided! Rude sellers, especially the madam in the photo. The police are inactive and covering up the illegal actions of this store. I bought glasses, a showcase sample (because there were only one of them), when selling I was given a box of other glasses, I clarified why - they said they didn't have a box of mine, they promised my question that there would be no problems with the return. Moreover, I was not offered to apply for a taxi, I returned for registration myself - so they dragged on for an hour under various pretexts (there is no Internet, or something else), they issued, but they incorrectly indicated my passport, without a series - they said that there would be no problems, so it would go, okay. I hadn't thought about the catch yet. A day later, I put on my glasses at home and realized that it wasn't in the store light (apparently, they do it on purpose so that the marriage is not noticeable, it's just impossible to look, my head starts to spin and the lenses give a curvature, that's probably a fake. I took them back, but they didn't accept the goods, showing for the FIRST TIME a sign with the rules (there was no word about it when I bought it, and the sign was in Turkish) that you can only supposedly hand it over day in day out. At the same time, the warranty was also denied (allegedly the lenses are not included in the service), and the glasses were not even looked at!!!!! I called the police, because first of all, it was a showcase sample, and to say that the glasses were allegedly used by me, despite the fact that I put them on once at home, and they were measured in the same way hundreds of times in the store window, is incorrect. Moreover, there should have been a guarantee. I also realized at home that they had filled out my email incorrectly in the documents for the taxi company. The police came, sat, and waited for the alleged Russian-speaking seller and the male seller who also participated in the sale, in case an agreement could be reached. I asked the police to reorganize the taxi company and give me the original box of glasses, because it looks like they sold a fake, but they decided to wait for the Russian-speaking seller and when he arrived, they quickly left, like on business, without waiting for the issue to be resolved and in fact without doing anything. I was never refunded, they offered an exchange, but there was nothing to change it for, and I would have had to pay extra, so I persuaded them to write documents that they had sold the product in an unoriginal package and reissue the taxi. So, the document was not accepted at customs, because the customs officer said that the store had not really sent the documents for a refund. At the same time, I saw that other visitors, when trying to return the product under warranty, were also refused, only one pair of glasses with a broken shackle was printed after 3 days of wearing (apparently, it was also a fake).
