I would have been treated here myself, but I'm from Russia, and I'm not sure if there are partner clinics or doctors in Moscow. It's an ideal option for Israelis.

I was planning treatment here, and before that, on the recommendation of a doctor, I cleaned and removed my wisdom teeth. 1. Cleaning was negligent – 20 minutes, ultrasound only, no polishing or manual processing. The doctor worked sloppily (face, hair and clothes were wet) + the procedure was painful 2. The removal of the eights resulted in damage to the adjacent tooth (chipped to the root, confirmed by CT scan in another clinic). The current doctor advises to sue for negligence. 3. The treatment plan is based on aggressive tactics (as if we were still in the USSR). To remove the cyst, they suggested removing four healthy teeth! (with subsequent implantation, of course). Several other doctors have confirmed that this is not justified. The receptionist is rude in correspondence, the service is at the level of street dentistry. The clinic doesn't even deserve one star

Finally, they called the doctor, she looked at him and said, you don't need to see me, you need to see an orthopedist. As it turned out, she's not the doctor I signed up for at all. They said at the reception that you can come back in the evening or tomorrow. OK, we recorded it. I say, where can I see who this new doctor is? They said on the website. I open the website, it says-paradantologist. I say, why did you sign me up for a paradantologist now? They told me that everything on the website was a lie, all the doctors were incorrectly signed, they knew better at the registry. In general, I spent 4 days waiting, 3 hours on the road and in the clinic. There is only one result - I found out that the staff is insane. If the three of them are not able to make an elementary appointment with a doctor, then it's scary to imagine what kind of doctors there are. Avoid this clinic.

After a year and a half, the front insert began to wobble. It will probably fall out soon. The manager And... and said that the warranty is only one year. And this is despite the fact that many clinics offer 10 years or even a lifetime! My wife has a cat. I was treated there too, too many problems after their treatment + inflated prices / services. Conclusion: The clinic is categorically not recommended in all respects!

Positive: The dentists did their job perfectly, if they had to put stars separately, then the doctors would have given 5, and 1 for the organization (it was not organized at all in terms of receipts and they did not give paper what procedures were done, "PAY AND LEAVE", like they give some kind of guarantee for a year, but they stupidly can do or throw in your hospital record, as if no procedures had been performed for them.. I was really pissed off by their attitude!

The torment began in the second stage. The implants took root well, but one multiunit fell out, it was simply soaked in alcohol and screwed in, the flux inflated, severe pain, tearful, and the doctor Vova prescribed nemisil and that was it (and only 10 days later, at my insistence, they took a picture and prescribed antibiotics.At the same time, receptions were scheduled for 8 p.m. and later (Flaws were eliminated on temporary teeth, and there were sooo many of them. The molars did not close, they were in the shape of a barrel and clearly different in height ((( The doctor corrected only what I said, after another edit, I began not to pronounce the gender of the alphabet, this is not for me, this is for a speech therapist’ A very boorish attitude ((The manufacture of zirconium crowns took longer than promised, as a result, the installation was scheduled on the last day (or rather evening) before departure, And when they were installed, it turned out that they were made without corrections! I had to file a lot, the appearance of the teeth is terrible. It's not beautiful, it's not convenient. The most unpleasant thing turned out the next day (after departure) - I could only eat with my front teeth, and 6 on one side, the rest did not close, and this 6 also rubbed my tongue so much that it was impossible to speak. I had to fly to the elite clinic for the third time . In which they sawed me 6. After making a cube with a sharp edge, it no longer rubbed, it just cut my tongue and also stopped closing! The bite is only on the front teeth, and I was just thrown out the door! , everything is fine with you’ ((the chief doctor decided for three days whether he would accept me or not... I just came from Barcelona to bother them. As a result, I did an independent examination: I will have to change the lower molars (they were made short) and that I could eat, my front incisors were filed off (they are also for replacement) and they were also sensitive to cold and hot (Vova said it was necessary to remove the nerves) it turned out that they were not hermetically sealed. Of course, I will redo it in another clinic, but whether to use the services of the elite clinic is up to you.
