I have been using the services of this company for several years and recommend it for trips on the Gomel-Moscow-Gomel route. The administrators promptly and competently answer all questions regarding the flight. Buses run strictly on schedule, and drivers are always polite and attentive to passengers. I would like to express my special gratitude to the bus drivers who flew on January 11, 2026. Despite the difficult weather conditions and a significant queue at the Russian border crossing, thanks to their professionalism and experience, the flight arrived in Moscow with a slight delay. This allowed us to catch the flight check-in at Sheremetyevo Airport, and safely fly on to our destination.

I was driving a minibus with 16 seats from Moscow. The service leaves much to be desired. The air conditioner wasn't working, it was stuffy, hot, and the cabin was full of people. There is little space for luggage. I had to take my 2 bags to the salon, which made it impossible to stretch my legs. The interior itself is old and worn. The minibus stopped on the way a couple of times for a few minutes, it is not clear why, they did not let people out of the cabin, they just stood and drove. Just inconveniences. I do not recommend this company.

Terrible service!!! From the word at all!!! Not only was the bus full of passengers, there was nowhere to put the luggage, the minibus arrived with half the trunk loaded (leftism strengthens not only marriage), an unidentified dog was riding in the cabin, so even when the trunk was opened, my suitcase was dropped and it was damaged. The company is not interested. The issue has not been resolved. Before that, they tore the fabric on the suitcase, now they decided to finish it off. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!! Believe me, there are other carriers!!!!

The cost is 45 bel rubles one way, as I was told on the phone when booking. But for some reason I paid 93 bel rubles back and forth (it was my own fault, of course, I should have immediately asked what the catch was). Now they come to some kind of backwater. If a person is traveling for the first time to the final destination, then the metro will not be found immediately. Go back. Departure at 22.30. You can't kill time in the shops, because there's nothing nearby at all, And it's a little cold outside in winter. At this station, the waiting room is small, and people are like herrings in a jar. It's time to land. I got on the bus (the attendant sat me down herself), then the controller of this station comes in and starts almost kicking everyone out. They personally took out my brain why I didn't buy a ticket and got on the bus. I show her the ticket. She assures me it's not the right ticket. It also turns out that you need to take a ticket at this station. Then I was put in the wrong place, which I had chosen myself earlier when buying tickets (I was not going there and back at the chosen place. the question is, why do employees give a seating chart so that a person chooses a more convenient option for himself). Then they began to disassemble the pillows and blankets. They yelled at them not to take it themselves, the attendant will distribute it herself. She started handing it out. It's my turn, the lady is looking right at me, I reach out to take the pillow. The pillow sweeps over my head and gives itself to the man sitting behind me. I waited, then I came up and asked if I could have a pillow, and I was answered with a giggle, there are no more pillows. As a result, neither I nor my neighbor was given a pillow. They huddled as best they could, covered themselves with their jackets. Next, I ask if there is an opportunity to stop at a bus stop on the way, so as not to go to the train station. I was told that they are not a minibus, so that everyone can stop and take everyone as it is more convenient for him. I still don't understand the complexity of why it couldn't be stopped along the way. I didn't ask to be dropped off by deviating from the route. And the answer was from the driver in a completely boorish form. A bus with 50 seats. There were two people sitting, well, 10 at most. The rest sat one at a time, which seemed to me somehow very strange. Because they seated everyone themselves and what can you do in such a seating arrangement if they still put you in the wrong place where you wanted when buying a ticket. But here's the most important thing. They couldn't even copy the correct surname from the passport. I was not happy with the trip at all!
