I came to Elastic Health Space for the “Healthy Back” class because of back and lower back pain and constant headaches - hello, my office job. After the VERY FIRST class, I suddenly realized that for some reason I keep trying to pull my ears toward my shoulders 😅 and I slouch 🫠 - I’d been doing this for YEARS without even noticing… What surprised me most was that I actually felt RELIEF after the class. And now when I’m sitting at my computer, I keep remembering Katerina’s advice: imagine you have a wine glass balanced on your head. It works! So naturally, I dragged my husband along with me. 🤣🙃😅 He had a spinal compression fracture many years ago, and even he’s noticed that keeping his head and chest in the right position is becoming easier than collapsing back into a slouch. After just a week and a half, I think that’s a pretty amazing result. We’ve been going to Katerina and Oksana - absolutely love them both. Very professional, knowledgeable and caring, but the classes don’t turn into a spa retreat: it’s light and fun, but they keep the pace up and make you work. Now we specifically go Mon/Wed/Fri because that’s when they’re there (: Another big plus: everything is actually well organized. There’s an app with the schedule - book a class, cancel it, message the administrator. Memberships are simple, transparent and clearly good value. The girls at reception are wonderful too - they know everything, explain everything and take care of newcomers, so there’s none of that “aaaah, I’m in a new place and have no idea what I’m doing” feeling. They also have machine-assisted massage, but I haven’t tried that yet (: And the location itself is lovely: busy Paliashvili, cars, shops - and then suddenly, between a bakery and a grocery store, there’s this little island of calm. My only note: guys, please replace the round floor stickers/signs - they’re getting worn out, and newcomers actually need them (: Other than that - see you in class! ❤️

Отличное место, очень профессиональные тренеры (Катя вообще особенная, ловит нюансы проблем и корректирует персонально даже на групповых тренировках), очень комфортная и душевная обстановка. Хожу уже более года, попробовала разные места, на этом остановилась и буду здесь продолжать!

My visit to Elastic Healthy Space left a pleasant but not enthusiastic impression – the classes were effective and the instructors attentive, but I didn't have enough special "zest" in the interior or the general atmosphere, so it's a solid 4 stars.

Today I had my 5th workout in the studio. I'm still going to coach Yanina for buttocks + abs, a healthy back and TRX. I can already see that the butt is tightening and the back is straightening out, the coach can choose another exercise for you if you can't do something or you have an injury. I feel great, I recommend it to everyone

She is always in a good mood, attentive to all clients, tries to find an individual approach to everyone.
